This is not a hotel for Branson visitors. It is full of homeless residents. This place is filthy, you can smell marijuana the instant you park in the lot. This place needs to be bulldozed! I got a refund and went elsewhere!

stayed here for the last 6 or more years. always was friendly and clean. but this year we made reservations weeks ahead and ask for room 210.and was told we would get it. the office called us back at least 4 times to confirm our room. also made reservations for our friends coming from Ar. we got to the motel…More

Deserves "0" stars. The room stunk likes cigarettes and other unknown aromas. There were cigarette butts on the floor, nightstand and in the toilet (which had pee stains around the rim). There were soiled washcloths on the floor next to and under the bed. The ceiling above the tub was covered with mold. When I came in late at night,…More

checked in—the grey haired skinny dude was pissed off that he had an arrival—he was rude and calice in his comments—said he was trying to sleep—sorry we should have stayed somewhere else and not interrupted his sleep cycle—-carpet filthy–had black stains on the bottoms of our feet—mini fridge didn't work—tried to talk to someone after 7 pm—no one to be…More

Stayed here for a week. Pretty clean, close to everything, wifi not that good and not all the outlets worked but for the price is a good place to stay. Room had a sofa bed, small fridge and microwave.

This place was absolutely disgusting. They called me the night before I got there and informed me that I had booked a room for 2 nights and were gonna charge me an extra $50 if I didn't get it fixed. The room also had giant bed bugs and spiders and we immediately got our money back and left. Never ever…More

Tried to call many times and no answer. After looking at the reviews of other people I decided not to stay there. I will not try to stay there again. I definitely didn't want to chance the bed bugs after seeing a write up on it.

Very dirty! I was chewed up by bed bugs here. When I took it to management, I was informed I probably brought them with me. Say what?! After getting but for 5 days, finally the owner came and inspected. He found them, mature and crawling behind the headboard. I was given spray to get rid of them, instead I left…More

Absolutely awful. Just awful. We had car issues on our way down, so I had called to let them know we would be late. The front desk woman told me she had no rooms, and no longer accepted the travel site my husband used to book the room. After calling who we booked through and having them call the hotel…More

I was visiting my father that lived there because it was close to where he worked and the people that own the place kick him out after he went into the hospital and then shortly after that passed away

, We booked through EXPEDIA! Big mistake. Went to check in and there was only one person working the front counter. She was totally confused and was scrambling rooms around for the people ahead of us since she apparently gave their room away. One she got to me she was still very overwhelmed. We got our room key and headed for…More

We booked online through Expedia then the hotel clerk said there wasn't a room to go with my reservation after driving 3 hours to Branson. I did not pick this place but was moved from Grand Recency to here due to broken air conditioner, which no one fixed in a while week. I believe it was a lie just to get people to stay here. First clerk was beyond rude. Just told us we were to stay here as if we chose it. She then…More

staff was friendly, but spend a lot of time by the front doors smoking at different times. my frist room was not ready, as the matteress were standing up leaning against each other in all the bedrooms, and the room was dirty and not prepared. the second room the a/c wasn't working and was never repaired for the week. Terrible resort. I would not even classify it as a resort, it is a hotel. Check-in was easy and good. Then it went bad. Our 2 bedroom room was filthy. Sour milk in the dirty refrigerator. Dishes were beyond needing washed. Pills on the floor in numerous rooms. Hair all over the bathroom floor. I went and complained to front…More See all photos

This was a nice condo a few years ago but a change of ownership has made it the worst place in Branson to stay. The furniture is old and beat up, the beds are lumpy, most of the window screens lack at least a few slats, the microwave did not heat food up, etc. I stayed there with my wife…More

We stayed there on June 26th thru June 29th and would not recommend this place to anybody. We stayed from may 22 -may 29th.2016. We came here with our two small kids and my in-laws for Memorial Day weekend. The lobby pretty much previews the whole experience. It's dingy and smells like smoke. The first room we looked at was completely unacceptable: scratches in the couch, dirty carpet, peeling wall paper, broken blinds. The manager offered us two other rooms and neither was acceptable….More

To begin the outside could use better lighting considering that this hotel is at the bottom of a steep hill. Next the lobby had a BAD smell BUT we did find some helpful maps and coupons. We booked through hotels.com and they claimed they diddnt receive the reservation. They ended up charging us more than quoted online. Then at 150 am!! Someone tries to break into our room. They actually got the door cracked open the only thing holding it closed was the chain! There's no phone in the room so I had to scrounge around…More

Our room was clean. It was supposed to have two queen beds. It had one and a twin bed. I asked for a room on first floor but couldn't get one. There is no elevator. There were four of us with only two towels. It took awhile to get more towels.

If you are just wanting somewhere to sleep: the rate is good. Linens were new. Room was clean. Breakfast is cheap donuts and coffee. We had coffee making supplies in our room but no coffee maker. I was in a hurry and booked two rooms off another site right before Labor Day weekend. I've been to Branson and thought I knew this place, just went by the pictures. Got the rooms for $50 each. We arrived at the motel and it took a while to get checked in. Finally after we were told which room, we opened the door and first thing noticed there were no pillows on the bed. Went to the bathroom, and there were no towels what so ever, no wash cloths, the only soap in the whole room was a…More

Stayed here for three nights over car show weekend. Should of listened to daughter and her boyfriend and not spent one night!! Checked in for 3 nights, 2 rooms. Originally booked another hotel only to be told the day before that they overbooked. Ended up being a blessing in disguise. Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago West Loop Hotel Hotels Reviews

Address: 118 N Jefferson, Chicago, IL 60661

The hotel had just opened in early October. It is a Hilton property that is split between Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn in the same building. The West Loop is a developing area so there are some restaurants and bars but not as concentrated as in the Loop or River North or other popular hotel areas. Even for transportation, the closed El stop is the Clinton Pink/Green Line. I happened to check in on their 4th day of operation. The parking situation was interesting. I pulled into the entrance to the garage. There isn’t really a place to park temporarily to check in you need to valet or park. I was asked by the valet if I was checking in but then i proceeded to park my car. You pass thru a gate where you would get an ticket from an automated machine. The gate was up at the time both entrance and exit and it machine said it was not exited tickets. I went to the lobby on the 4th floor to check in. I asked about the parking since i couldn’t get a ticket from the machine. I…More

, Stayed here for the weekend with my sisters. We almost never found it. Poorly labeled. When we finally arrived, we thought, "wow, this is nice". We were wrong! office and breakfast area too far from room. room nothing special. breakfast nothing special. would not recommend. this used to be a nice place with friendly staff but now that it is owned by a resort will not be going back.

Nothing special about this hotel. The pillows are paper thin with an uncomfortable mattress. In the shower, there was this dispenser for soap for your hair and body. The hotel advertises their full hot breakfast…..well…. the biscuits were hard, the little sausages were soggy seemed like they were microwaved and they offered one type of juice…orange…not a big selection. this is not a super fancy place its a smallish room with 2 queen beds in all the rooms. it does have a kinda small bath tub/shower enclosure so if your a taller person be prepared to bend over to get the top of your head but most of the old hotels are this way in branson. They have small…More

My wife and I decided to stay there on our wedding anniversary. We got a room with a king size bed and whirlpool (next to night stand). Our room was at the lower level in the back. There was no parking created for those on this side of the building, so we had to park on the opposite side. We…More

The so called management is crooked and more than likely on meth. The 3 days I had stayed there I watched management break into 7 rooms that where occupied. If you value you stuff I would not visit this location. Actual name is the Rosalee inn JC

I had an okay stay there. My room was okay. Jihads problems finding the woman who ran the front desk. I smelled alcohol on her and I find that disturbing. People were loud outside late at night. I don't think I will be back. Need to fix your problems. Don't advise others to stay there either.

I love this hotel. There is no place I'd rather be than here. Its a wonderful atmosephere here. Its quiet, very nice rooms. I love it here. I just can't stop thinking on how great this place is. I highly recommend this place. Just awesome!

Loved it! Great Managers!! We will be back next year. It was very quiet. The staff was nice and very helpful. It is a wonderful hotel and a great value. We will be telling all our friends and family about Rosalee Inn.

I stayed a couple years ago it was a nightmare and rude managers. But my stay a couple nights ago was amazing. The new managers are wonderful and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. It is 500% better than last time I stayed. I will be back.

My 4 hour stay here turned out to be a nightmare. Not only did I wake up to a nightbugs infestation, im dying of 2nd hand smoke due to how stuffy the room is and cant stop coughing since i stayed there. I woke up to pee and felt i was living in a huge nightmare. Bugs all over the…More
