room was not neat, lack of kleenex tissue, special tv camera in bathroom didn't work, air conditioner was only working slowely and not cooling room.Beds were made properly but room seemed a bit stuffy.the new food restaurants were great, pasteries and ice cream treats were great

It doesn't have the Lauster of Caesars Las Vegas, but still one of the nicest hotels on the boardwalk. The casino floor is split into two levels, bottom level being smoking. As a non-smoker I would like to see more table games upstairs. The rooms in the century and tower are nice, might need a little bit of updating but…More Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

We just got back from Atlantic City and stayed at Caesars. We go back there twice a year.Always a fun time and nice rooms. Staff very courteous as well! We love it there. Location is great because its right on the Boardwalk and the Pier one shops.Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

I love coming to Caesars when I want to have a weekend getaway. From the hotel room staff, to the restaurant staff, to the casino dealers its always such a nice time. I actually went to Gordon Ramsay's for the first time and it was amazing.Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

To much smoke in casino. The rooms were nice and clean. Need more restaurants that stay open late. Need a better gym for guest. You charge for everything in the hotel. The parking was convenient and the cost was great.Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

My father is 84 and loves your casino. I take him whenever I can. We had an enjoyable visit, the valet service upon pulling in was exceptional and I look forward to bringing him back soon for another enjoyable daddy/daughter day.Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

The hotel was fine. The room was nice. The casino did not make me feel like I was important. The area is a bit tired and depressing. There were protest on the boardwalk that made it difficult to walk around. I had been there about 8 years ago and the area has gone downhill badly since then. It was Fall…More Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

My family and I had a great time in Caesars and Ballys AC. The pool in bally for the Kids is amazing and a time saving. The staffs in both properties are outstanding. They anticipate needs and very accommodating. We will always choose Caesars first for all our AC trips.Review collected in partnership with Caesars Entertainment This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Out stay was fabulous, I don't want to stay anywhere else in Atlantic City. The rooms are wonderful and the level of customer service can not be beat. The rooms are comfortable and modern, the hotel is always clean. It is always a wonderful stay.

They make it so hard. I got an email for $25 free slots and 2 for 1 buffet but its so hard to use it. Its such a turn off.The hotel is clean, modern etc. Nothing really bad to say on that front. My wife still hates that the place smells of smoke.

Tried booking this hotel through hotels.com an accidentally booked the wrong date. I called right away to hotels.com and they were no help. I don't recommend using them. Then I called the hotel itself and the manager said I would have to call hotels.com back to cancel and that they would with no fee. After being hung up on and…More

I was supposed to stay in the Borgota hotel, but was told I was upgraded to the Water Club. The walk there was a delight and the lobby area was pristine as always. The hallways were very clean as well. The room decor was warm and modern. Rooms ending in odd numbers face the wind turbines, but the view is…More

We go to the Borgata several times a year and are always offered to stay in the water club but sometimes pass I don't even know why because this place is wonderful. The rooms do have some age but the place over all is amazing. Check in was a breeze we got a room on a top floor and really…More

I recently stayed at the Water Club by Borgata and would highly recommend. We check in and there is no line, whereas Borgata section, always seems to have a line. Staff is super friendly at check in. This had been our first time in Atlantic City in over 25 years. So this was our first stay at the Water Club by Borgata. Was upgraded from Borgata to Water Club. This hotel is the place to choose when in Atlantic City. It is modern with very friendly staff. Always a fun time! Sign up for a rewards card and get rewards right away. The crowd at the Racebook is always raucous and friendly and it's a good place to take a break from the tables and slots without having to move your car.

I had the pleasure of dining at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant inside the Borgata Hotel. Myself, and my group dined on Sunday September 25th.The service was outstanding {John} was our waiter. He recommended the apple & brie cheese salad with vinegrette dressing. It was delicious. For the main course we all had the blackened sordfish, that was exqusite. The drinks were great and…More

The Borgata is the top of the line in Atlantic City. We have been to all of the casino hotels there and none are close to the cleanliness, efficency, hosting, or restaurants and shows. The comedy show is a great value for your money $20. for most shows and you pick your own seat.

Went to see John and the band. At 8:00, Carlene Carter came out and played for 1/2 hour. She had more energy than John and the band. After 1/2 intermission, John came out and played. The band was very good, violinist a bit of a freak. Some songs nobody knew or cared much about. The classics were performed very well….More

We visited for our wedding anniversary and were very impressed with the accommodations. The water club was by far worth having access to the adult only pools. Everytime I come to Borgata the staff is always friendly. The dealers don't have an attitude like some casinos. The Metropolitan restaurant is really good and moderate priced . Always a good time here

First time at The Borgata. Went to Trump Taj Mahal for years. Extremely friendly staff from valet to check in. Buffet well worth the trip. Entire staff very nice and friendly. Rooms above and beyond clean and comfortable. Stayed in the Water Club as an upgrade. Will definitely be back

This hotel is amazing from the minute you step out of your car. It is decorated nicely, and the staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are nice, and nice views. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Awesome shows…

What a great stay. Not one complaint! Place, staff, rooms, food, casino, clubs, pools…. just amazing!!! Went with my husband and two kids, ages 16 and 8. So much for them to do. I visited Atlantic City recently for a 6-day poker trip. I stayed at Harrah's (reviewed separately), so this review will be specific to the Poker Room at The Borgata. The Borgata Poker Room is one of the nicest I have ever been in, comparable to the rooms in Las Vegas. The room is quite large, with high ceilings, offering a…More

Great lil hotel two doubles beds booked for four its within walking distance to everything or u can take the board walk tram up and down the beach. This is an older model, a block back from the boardwalk, overshadowed by one of the many large casino resort hotels that dominate the Atlantic City shoreline. It's worth staying here if you can get a good deal for the room – for $50 you can't really complain. It has back to back rooms, and you do get some street…More

Booked it an online auction site for 50.00 + tx and fees per night on a Wednesday. The clerk came close to matching the price for the next night. I always look for four things when I check into a hotel: How clean is the room? How good is the air conditioning? How comfortable is the bed? How good is the shower pressure/hot water? On all four measures – the Quality Inn Flamingo gets a grade of excellent. I struggled with the overall rating – 3.5 is probably better…More
