Our room was on the second floor which I thought would be a pain with 5 kids 6 and under but they had ramps for the stroller and it was no problem. It is a budget hotel but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We spent very little time in the room anyway. The buffet was very convenient and…More

We stayed here as it was walking distance to Disneyland. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall the Hotel is more dated and perhaps needs a update but it looks like new management there is already in the process of doing that.Service was great. The Internet was so slow that we were better off using our own cellular data. All…More

We have stayed at this hotel several times because of its ideal location to Disneyland and it's lower than average cost. When we reserved the rooms for this last trip the new owner had taken over and rates had been raised about 30% – 40%. Unfortunately the property was still old and had not been remodeled – old furniture, old…More

This hotel is in a great location, close to Disneyland. On arrival our room reeked of smoke, so we asked for another and were given an upgrade. This was satisfactory for a 2 night stay however there are better options for accommodation in Anaheim. The lobby décor and room décor are very tired and we were advised that management has…More

The staff were friendly , it was clean, the rooms do need to be upgraded. There was no where to prepare food or utensils to eat with. The aircon was every loud. The beds were very confortable. Room service was very prompt.

The hotel itself is in seriously need of a makeover, the hotel was recently aquired by a larger chain and staff was just becoming familiar with the new systems. They were polite and friendly but very unorganized, It has a gift shop and pool with nice courtyards however the rooms are fairly bare, my room only had 1 set of…More

I've stayed here a few times. This time I cancelled well within the parameters of cancellation and I was charged for the room anyway. Called the hotel no satisfaction manager even laughed at me on the phone. DON'T STAY HERE.

Dear Shearxtcy-We truly apologize for any misunderstanding while trying to sort out your duplicate booking. Since this review we’ve been able to get everything corrected. We truly hope you’ll reconsider and visit us again in the future.Kind Regards,Brandon JemisonMore Mindy APortland, OregonLevel Contributor 26 reviews 10 hotel reviews30 helpful votes

I traveled with my parents who are in their early 70's. This was just a fun, quick, low budget getaway. My parents have stayed at this property a few times over the last couple of years, most recently at the end of September, beginning of October 2015, so exactly a year ago. We checked in on Sunday, October 2, that…More

This hotel old, I mean it's really old an needs some work to get it up to today's standards but it is great. Rooms are big and well equiped, great swimming pool and a nice place for breakfast on site. 200 meters from Disneyland front gate and Downtown Disney. Great for a few days with Mickey and Minnie

Has all the convenient amenities; pool, microwave, refrigerator, large restroom, large closet, onsite restaurant, onsite store with lots of Disney products with lower prices. Room service available with several local delivery services. Best part is that it is across the street from Disneyland entrance – about a five minute walk. Plenty of parking and laundrymat.
