Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, Anaheim Hotels Reviews

Address: 1717 S Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802-2308

The hotel was very comfortable with easy to access Disneyland and early morning entry as part of price. Staff were very helpful and made a very good impression about staying at the hotel. It was more costly than staying in an equivalent hotel as we wanted to be in the resort and there may be better value for money in…More

We just finished up a five night stay here and it was great! Upon pulling up, every person we came into contact with seemed happy to have us here. At check in they gave my kids a balloon, first visit pins, and an autographed picture of Mickey & friends saying that Mickey couldn't wait to meet them. The rooms were…More

Okay first of all I only just realised the other day that I hadn't done a review on our stay at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel which was actually back in August 2015 not November 2015 but I can't go back that far in the date options. My daughter Emily and I were travelling back from visiting family in St Louis…More See all photos

I will state that as this is a Disney hotel at a premium price my expectations were pretty high. Well it started with an hours wait for the bus that runs every 10 mins! We'd flown in direct from Melbourne and arrived at the hotel at around 9am. Check in wasn't until 3pm but we were told to come back…More

We had booked a concierge view room and were upgraded to a suite, wonderful. In the evenings we could watch the fire works and water works from our windows and at the same time heard the music through our TV. The continental breakfast and evening happy hour were very nice and the service in the hotel what you expect from…More

Points lost because the elevator to go down takes forever! We waited ten minutes many times to go down from 9. Ended up going up first because we couldn't get a down car. That said, very nice room, very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't beat the location. Take the monorail from tomorrowland to Downtown Disney and it's a…More

Positives: Location AND access to both parks 1 hr early with room ticket was excellent and worth the stay + resort entry meant not lining up at main gates. As well had access to both other Disney resort facilities. Not great food options and pool bar limited, but again Downtown Disney (open till 2am most nights) is a 7 min…More

Customer service was amazing! There was a line to check in but it moved smoothly. We were upgraded to a room overlooking the fireworks and water show in California adventures. We watched the show from our room almost every night. Our room was clean and well kept. We were traveling with stinky teenage boys so this was a plus. I…More See all photos

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the Hotel but it has some very serious flaws which could easily ruin your stay.Firstly; it was the word check-in I've ever experienced – Disney need to take control of their guests. Three people were complaining that they couldn't check-in at 1pm when it clearly says everywhere it doesn't open until 4pm. If you…More

Very clean hotel. Walking distance to everything. We can see Disneyland fireworks at night. We had a view of Disney California from our room. Disney Grand California is right across. The only downside for us, the elevator can be slow sometimes.
