Clarion Inn Biltmore Village Hotel, Asheville Hotels ReviewsAddress: 234 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803 (Formerly GuestHouse International Inn)
Just spent 4 nights at the Clarion Oct 10-14. The room was in excellent condition. Nothing exceptional, but a nice clean room with 2 queen beds, decent wi-fi and a 40 inch flat screen. Breakfast is fair. Processed eggs. sausage patties, miniature biscuits and gravy in addition to a selection of cereals, yogurt, breads and pastries. Primary negative with the…More
The hotel has been recently updated. It has nice clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and tastefully decorated. The hotel iscentrally located to the Biltmore House and Biltmore Village. Within walking distance to some restaurants. Free WIFI! Complimentary breakfast!
Staying near the Biltmore at a good price can be a challenge, and this place provides what you need at a decent price, at least for us booked through TripAdvisor/Clarion. As noted by others, it is a bit hard to get to with a steep driveway shared by Texas Roadhouse and very near the highway medial strip, making left hand…More
This room delivered everything you would expect of a hotel room. If that seems vague, well, there was a bed and we intended to sleep there. The single serve coffee pot and the microwave were nice touches, but unused. However, i would have been severely disappointed if i had been here on the weekend and paid $238 for a single…More
Stayed at this location Oct. 12 to Oct 15.. Will never book again. Horrible location . Share the drive with Texas Roadhouse and the traffic is horrific to enter and exit on Hendersville Rd! Not really within walking distance of the Village or Biltmore House. No elevators and noisy if you are in the front or back of the building….More
Only a few miles from the Biltmore estate, this motel is in a perfect location. If you are a budget-minded traveler that’s looking for a welcoming staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and adequate breakfast then this place is for you.
We never quite made it into the room. Reservation was booked over a month ago for a rate of 98.00. On day of arrival at around 5:30 pm, We no longer had a reservation. It seems like the owner/general manager had "tried" to contact us twice (We never received record of call or voicemail. Side note, reservation was not cancelled….More
Dear Traveler, we understand your frustration and concern about your reservation. The hotel authorizes credit cards on the day of arrival for all reservations and the credit card on file for your reservation declined. When such occurs, we contact the guest immediately, in which we did with the phone number on file twice. When we reached out, the phone number…More shayjetCharlotte, North CarolinaLevel Contributor 48 reviews 6 hotel reviews16 helpful votes
This location is not exactly "in the village" to the point that you could walk out the door and start strolling through the village, but it is very close. The hotel is pretty modern, and clean, but everything is so small! It's like a New York hotel room! The parking lot is even small. Very difficult to maneuver. The toilet/shower…More
I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Rooms are very small. They are poorly insulated and you can hear everything going on outside. Difficult to sleep. Parking is limited. I had paid for a two night stay and ended up needing to cancel the second night. The front desk staff was INFLEXIBLE. NO REFUND and no effort to make a compromise…More
A very clean and nice room at a reasonable price. A solid hotel close to restaurants and Biltmore in a tourist area. The free breakfast was good and the staff very friendly & professional. We will stay here again when in the area.
