Red Roof Inn Asheville West Hotel Hotels ReviewsAddress: 16 Crowell Rd, Asheville, NC 28806-1105
While the hotel is nothing special, the staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The inn is a motel style inn with entrances to the rooms directly from the outside. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and you could hear the noise from the outside. It is very conveniently located to a number of places to eat….More
the staff was EXCELLENT!! its affordable. great stay. only stayed one night but the facility is clean and there are a number of places/businesses around the area for food, gas etc. right off the highway. great location.
Red Roof Inn recently remodeled their rooms. Unfortunately the renovations were not well done. For example a fabric shower curtain is used; the water from the shower easily sprays onto the floor and will ruin it in no time. Water stains on the ceiling attest to that. However, the staff is wonderful; the elevator works and there is enough parking.
I just arrived in Asheville from PA, only to find the house was not ready to move in. The front desk staff is awesome! I was so stressed and with the influx of folks from FL and SC due to Hurricane Matthew, rooms were near impossible to find. The staff promised they would do their best to get me a…More
I travel a lot for my job and this Red Roof in is awesome. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only drawback is there is no pool or fitness center. However it is smoke free.
We stayed here for 3 nights for a trade show in Asheville. The rooms are small, but furnished well. The bed that we slept on was rather soft- not great for us. No breakfast, although we would not have had time to stop and eat. Restaurants nearby for breakfast, and dinners. Our room had the furniture spaced so that one…More
My husband and I spent last weekend at this motel in Asheville. We were pleasantly surprised and felt that we received a good value for the price! The staff was welcoming and helpful. We had a third floor room with access via stairs or an elevator. The room was basic with a king size bed, small desk, sink area and…More
We stayed in this place because of the modest rates compared with downtown Asheville. There is no breakfast here, but you have Cracker Barrel next door and half a dozen cafe's up the road (Waffle House is good). We arrived one day early and were lucky to get a room. Very soon the motel was fully booked because others like…More
Rooms are rather small with basic furnishings. Could do with refurbishment. Plenty of car parking spaces. No breakfast buffet but many restaurants in easy reach. Economy priced but not compared to other chains offering breakfast.
My husband and I spent two nights here during the Labor Day weekend. The front desk staff were all very nice. The room was decent, clean, on the small side, (which for just the two of us was not an issue), quiet, and comfortable. We did not spend much time in the room, mostly just to sleep at night. The…More
