Rodeway Inn Motel, Asheville Hotels ReviewsAddress: 8 Crowell Rd, Asheville, NC 28806-1105
The front desk was so kind and accommodating during this high stress time for us. Even waived half the pet fee bc we had our little cats with us. The smallest gestures meant the most. Wonderful staff!!
Just needed a one night stay at the lowest price in the high season in Asheville. Plenty of parking, fairly welcoming front desk. Wasn't warned about rear stair doors that nearly took my hand off! Next morning half the downstairs rooms were flooded. At least the WiFi worked.
Desk clerk polite..other than that can't say a lot of good things about this motel…other than the price was lower compared to other motels in the area and only staying one night. Room had a musty smell, needed a lot of updating…very poor condition. Bed was comfortable…room and bathroom was clean but just seedy due to no tlc.
This place Is in such bad shape I don't see how It Is able to stay open. I would have never stayed here if I new what I was getting Into. Had already made reservation. Mold, shower nasty, mattress must be 10 years old. Carpets nasty.
Stayed for one night at $100 per night before tax, double room. A decent room with basic amenities such as tv, coffee maker, toiletries and hair dryer etc. Insufficient power socket that I had to change my phone in bathroom. Cleanliness is okay although fitting and furniture are old. Overall I am happy for short stay e.g. 1 to 2…More
Would not stay at this place again. Clerk was very courteous did what he could. Last resort only. Needs overhaul. Uninspiring. Felt vert uneasy about the appearance and persons hanging outside as u ou approach the office. Stayed long enough to rest and was glad to leave. Not recommended
The night manager Ricky was so positive and friendly, after a long drive through a storm and then traffic jam we checked in happy and relaxed. As a manager in hospitality I was truly impressed, there was another manager working as well who was also super welcoming. On top of making check in great Ricky helped me fix a technical…More
This motel is rated at about a 2 level star, which would be accurate. The location was not bad. The room was fair, found hair in the bed and the bathroom door is falling apart but otherwise was clean. We only stayed one night. Staff was friendly.
I booked a room through my corporate website without reviewing it first. BAD CHOICE They have no elevator, but all the smoking rooms are on the 3rd floor. With a recent rib injury, there was no way I could get my things up there. The staff still had a maintenance person, who helped me carry my heavy bags up the…More
I was not looking for anything fancy, just a place to get a good night's sleep in order to go on a guided fly fishing trip early the next morning. It was just the place. I was in a "no smoking" room near the end of the main floor. The rear key card entrance opened into a stairwell and vestibule…More
