Econo Lodge Beach and Boardwalk Hotel, Atlantic City Hotels ReviewsAddress: 3001 Pacific Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401-6207
A flop house for drug dealers and hookers. The room smelled, the bathroom was dirty and stained. Pieces missing from the shower. The carpets were sticky, I don't want to even imagine what was all over them. The door frame to the room looked as if it had been kicked in and pieced back together with deck screws and scrap.
They price the place like it's a Hotel but the Rooms are not nice at all. I can't recommend this place. Stay somewhere else!We had there Rooms where one was ok. The rest of them smelled bad, had bad roof.
They charge 280 for one night just one bed… The room smell bad, and it looks old and dirty a lot of noise , we couldn't find another hotel so we have no option that stay here is not a good experience you can just feel insecure in here and the aspect of the room make me feel a little…More
The hotel has an excellent location very close to the boardwalk and Tropicana hotel/casino. But the room was not what I expected. It wasn't completely clean and drawer handles were all loose when we checked in. They did show up quick right after I called to complain. Also, the rooms were cleaned daily but late every afternoon. The breakfast was…More
The pictures on the internet were a lot better. We stayed on the side of the street closest to the boardwalk. The curtains were falling down and barely fit the window there was brownish mold or something all over them, there was mold on the ceiling as well as a hole. The pillows were yellow, you pretty much had to…More
Somewhat clean, comfy bed and near the boardwalk. Convenient location and cheap but it was certainly worn, not updated and the breakfast was pretty limited. If you just need a place for a night, it'll do, but I certainly didn't want to spend time hanging out in my room. The free parking was a perk.
It's the location that makes this place. Although the rooms are quite shabby the bed was perfectly comfortable and the towels were clean. It is especially easy to walk across the street into the Tropicana and it's just one block to the beach.
Do NOT stay here! Price was very cheap and that should have been a red flag from the beginning, but we arrived to Atlantic City late at night and most hotels were booked. We had a room on the 2nd floor. Bathroom was completely outdated. The room looked like they had attempted to update it….but there was no upkeep on…More
Run down room. No real facilities. Expected at lot more for the $235 price tag for a one night stay. Parking was a problem. Only redeeming quality is it was right next to the Tropicana and a block from the beach. Free wifi is only if you are a subscriber to one of the cable systems. Never stay here again!
This is a horrible place. Checked in, went to the room opened the door and there was already people there, imagine our surprise. Got a different room and we should have stayed with the other people. We knew it was not a 5star resort, but it was a scary place. When we got back to the room at about 2,…More
