I have stayed at many many Marriott properties and this one was a disappointment. The tub was not clean and the wallpapers was peeling off the bathroom wall. The price of parking was outrageous. To make matters worse the mattresses kept sliding. On the positive side. Very nice lobby and staff. The brunch at The Yard was excellent.

Your feedback is very important to us and is greatly appreciated. We have shared your comments with our engineering and housekeeping staff so that they can look at the room you stayed in to see what improvements can be made. I am sorry that the parking fees had such a negative impact on your stay. Unfortunately we have no control…More Rachael PDarien, ConnecticutLevel Contributor 21 reviews 11 hotel reviews7 helpful votes

Good location. Lobby area a bit crowded/rowdy though, you feel like you are in Times Square. Staff friendly. Make sure you get a room in the higher floors facing out, rooms facing inward is like Hitchcock's Rear Window, you can see EVERYTHING!!!!

Thank you for your feedback about your stay with us. It is true that we do not have many rooms with a scenic view but I never heard it put quite like yours! Hope we’ll see you again when your travels bring you back to Baltimore.More VacationHankNiagara Falls, CanadaLevel Contributor 69 reviews 18 hotel reviews18 helpful votes

Nice hotel except I found the room very dated. mattresses were old with gel foam toppers which I suspect is to delay replacement. Furniture was worn and scuffed, my TV was crooked on its stand, thermostat controls are old slide type thermostat, not even digital. The lobby is totally upgraded, modern and clean. Restaurant is also very modern. It's deceiving…More

Thank you for your feedback about our hotel. Your observations are correct. Although our lobby and public spaces were remodeled in the past 3 years, we are eagerly anticipating a complete rooms makeover within the next year.More Paul HWashington DC, District of ColumbiaLevel Contributor 9 reviews 6 hotel reviews1 helpful vote

My wife and I went to an Orioles Red Socks game at Camden yards lest week. The room fee was 584.00 I am a Marriott rewards member and was advised all other properties were sold out. So I paid 584.00 for a dive hotel in Baltimore call the Marriott at Camden Yards. I don't need to belong to a rewards…More

I can certainly understand your frustration at paying such a premium cost for a night’s stay at a hotel that seems outdated. Unfortunately when all hotels are sold out the demand determines the price everywhere. I apologize for the disappointment you felt and hope that you don’t have to experience this kind of situation againMore LUVSMLVirginiaLevel Contributor 87 reviews 14 hotel reviews45 helpful votes

We traveled to Baltimore to see a show at the Baltimore/Royal Farms arena. Location was very convenient to the arena, Camden Yards, and M&T Stadium and probably a 1/2 mile walk to the inner harbor. We had a high floor room that looked out to Camden Yards and it was fun watching people going to the baseball game through the…More

Nice hotel but the first room they put us in was like being in someone‚Äôs basement, dark, dank and musty. They then put us in a larger room with a murphy bed, bed was uncomfortable. (Really, a murphy bed. If you want to use the room for meetings don't try to rent it out as a room.) It was on…More

I’m sorry that we were not able to offer you accommodations more to your satisfaction when you stayed with us. Usually we do not have any problems re-locating our guests when they make a request but unfortunately we were completely sold out on the first day of your stay and at 98% on the second. I apologize for your disappointment…More charles sButler, PennsylvaniaLevel Contributor 29 reviews 16 hotel reviews10 helpful votes

The room was great, I especially loved having a small refrigerator in it. The location was tremendous. Inner harbor was extremely close. Lots to do. Also, Camden Yards is one block away, so we caught an Orioles game . The hotel has a wonderful staff, looked after every need and genuinely cared about my comfort. I will definitely be back!

Rooms are surprisingly quiet. Nothing really special about the rooms. I had a room on the 7th floor in the back of the building – the view was of the parking garage. I mean like the parking garage was right outside the window about 15 feet away. At least my curtains closed all the way to cut out the view…More

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. It is true that our hotel has very few rooms with a view since construction of the Hilton hotel a few year ago completely blocked out our view of Camden Yards stadium which is part of our hotel name. Our location across the street from the University…More MTgriz1985Layton, UtahLevel Contributor 75 reviews 31 hotel reviews25 helpful votes

I stayed there 7-13 Sep 2016 for a convention center event. The staff is professional, housekeepers are thorough, and the room was comfortable. Since I was staying for a week, I chose a King Executive Suite, which has a nice living room and separate bedroom. The bed was not too firm and quite comfortable. A couple of minor gripes: 1)…More

The location of the hotel is great (for both the harbor and Mt Vernon). We walked almost everywhere during our stay. The standard of the hotel and the service was very good. We were also offered complimentary wifi access during our stay.
