Baltimore Plaza Inner Harbor Hotel Hotels Reviews

Address: 110 Saint Paul St, Baltimore, MD 21202-1704 (Formerly Quality Inn Downtown Baltimore)

This hotel is rundown and in dire need of a renovation. The first room I was directed to on the second floor had a window air conditioner duct-taped to the wall, with one large gap (about 1 inch) that was open directly to the outside. I asked for a room change, and while the front desk accommodated my request, the…More

Friendly stuff, room was nice and clean. If you're traveling on a budget or need a place for a night or two, it's perfect. The staff is very friendly, the hotel itself feels rustic and a little weatherworn but in a charming sort of way. The only negative I found is that the ice machine was broken and dirty. The convenience…More

Holes in towels, closet doors inoperable, toilet seat not attached to the toilet.I was here for 4 nights, room was visited by housekeeping ONCE.Frequently empty ice machine.Hotel needs a better maintenance badly.

The hotel was cleanish but the room needed lots of work, hole in wall where door catch hits, edging falling off the bathroom door. All fixtures loose. Decor very elaborate. The restaurants next door had their menus taped to the elevator walls, very tacky as they were falling off.It was very cheap and in a good location, bed was…More

Very unfriendly staff. Room wasn't even clean. There was a Window unit AC with duct tape and carbonated on the window that didn't even get the room cold. To sleep at night you had to decide if you wanted the AC on or to keep the room dark since you couldn't close the curtains without completely blocking the outdated AC…More

Room was 89 degrees, called each day and the a/c would start to work then quit again. Breakfast closed early, guess they ran out of food. Cigarette holes in the blanket. Cheap prices= low quality. We were stuck due to a convention in town. But if you can find other options, take them!!

When I arrived at this hotel, I notice the smell of musty spices. After finally getting my room, I entered to a very unpleasant 80 degrees, and smelled of mold I thought the AC was maybe just turned on, and need time to cool. When I got back from my 2 mile walk for food, in a not so nice…More

We had a nice time here as the weather was great and since it was a Friday not very crowded. We walked along the promenade and took the water taxi across the river so we could take in all the sights and boats. Many things for families to see and do here as well as many restaurant chains, something for…More

When we arrived, after a 4 hour drive from NYC, there was no one at the reception. We called out and a woman came out of the back to ask what we wanted. I almost asked her to direct us to a good hotel. Her attitude was blasé at most and she really gave us the impression that she just…More
