Brookshire Suites Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore Hotels ReviewsAddress: 120 E Lombard St, Baltimore, MD 21202-5541
The location is walking distance to most attractions and Inner Harbor. The hotel staff was nice at check in but not helpful as far as getting directions or a map to places. Our room was spacious, but if you are taller than 6 foot you will have to watch your head as parts of the ceiling in rooms low. Room…More
I stayed here for a quick overnighter with my wife and 4 1/2 year old son. The location of the hotel is ideal for the inner harbor area – it's only a couple blocks away from everything the inner harbor has to offer.Let me first start by saying that the staff were kind, helpful and overall they were wonderful…More

This is a lovely hotel and close to everything. We walked everywhere. The hotel itself smells nice and clean. The hotel staff was wonderful! Upon entering we noted that it was our first anniversary and were given two (small) bottles of Bearfoot wine of our choice!! We were on the 9th floor in the king suit. The view wasn't anything…More

Our first experience with this hotel will hopefully not be our last! The suite was comfortable, nicely furnished and spacious. Located just a short block off the harbor, it was so convenient to explore the area. We found attractions, museums, and good restaurants in walking distance. The added bonus was the hit breakfast served on the upper floor of the…More
Mixed experience with this hotel. Checked in after 8PM and received my room key. Went to my room and found the door wide open and the lights on. Not a way you want to start a stay. Overall the staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. Cosmetically updated, but still very old. Elevators were inconsistently available and there was…More
My husband and I visited this hotel for the first time this past weekend for a quick get-away. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Harbor, restaurants and mall. The customer service was wonderful. However; the parking garage was a half a block away (which wasn't a problem) but it was an inconvenience. There wasn't any…More
This hotel had some nice amenities – a good breakfast, internet, good beds and clean rooms. It was a walkable distance to the convention center and inner harbor attractions. The staff was kind and the suites were spacious.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
The hotel was a short, 1 block walk to the Inner Harbor. Parked 1/2 block away at a garage ($42 Friday evening through Sunday morning). Room was nice, but could use a new carpet. The staff was great! Breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast, even though they charge for that, 2 bottles of water a day, wifi, and free local…More
Wonderful staff clean like coming home.great meeting Harry and Brittany and the whole staff everything was amazing will definitely come back again . Great rooms very spacious close proximity to everything
We reserved 4 suites for immediate family of the bride. There were many other guests staying the hotel. The rehearsal dinner was held in the Club room. Charles Fair II coordinated the event and the entire experience was more than excellent.
