Address: 6921 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21225-3361

Comfort Inn was a pleasant surprise as we wanted to stay overnight on our way out of BWI and then again on our way back to avoid early morning and late evening flights with drives home. They were the only hotel that accommodated our request by not charging us for parking. They also offer a free breakfast that we could…More

Only reason to stay here is that it is across street from Lite Rail and easy 5 minute drive to long term parking at BWI. While the rate is low it reflects the property. Carpets are worn & torn, walls faded & depressing, room furniture dated & well used,HVAC very noisy. Availability of quick breakfast is a nice feature.

Fox news at breakfast is no way to start the day. I do not return to or recommend motels with Fox news at breakfast. The breakfast was otherwise OK except for bad coffee. Luckily there was a Dunkin Donuts right across the street! We slept well there but the bathroom was small and awkward. The toilet seat was barely attached…More

The hotel was poorly maintained. I was only in the room for one night. It was raining and the room smelled musty. A/c worked ok. When I got there a ton of people at the desk had to get their room keys redone because they all stopped working.I reserved a king room but had to take a double room…More

The main advantage of this hotel is that is very affordable and very close to the Bwi airport. I paid $70 and to be honest the rooms are very clean and overall neat. There is shuttle service every 1 hour and the hotel includes parking!. It looks like a $150 overall hotel if we consider the rooms. Wifi is fast….More

The check-in was poor in terms of customer service. There is a huge bug on my curtains in the bedroom I am staying in. When I called the front desk at 9:45 pm, the employee told me that nobody is on site to take care of it so I have to remove it myself.

I stayed there on my way to BWI… left car there…and then stayed again the night after my plane landed. That was a great feature – being able to leave vehicle there for $5.00 a night. First night, lobby was being repaired – mess everywhere, and not clear where customers could/should walk. Desk clerk did ok. Room what not great….More

nice and clean, very good breakfast, quiet and peaceful nights of rest.bedding was very comfortable, MY 87 year dad was traveling with me they made sure he had handicap shower and excess to the room was very easy. The room looks just like the photo.

In all my time traveling, which is a LOT, all the hotels I've stayed in, from Motel 6 to the Ritz…… I've NEVER come across a "early check in fee" in my life. Total scam. Extra $30 dollars I had to spend to check in around 1:30pm instead of the standard 3pm. I've checked in early to DOZENS of hotels….More

We arrived later in the evening after driving for seven hours. The person who was checking us in was distracted. He had his phone in his hand and he was scrolling on it. He never even made eye contact with us once. We were not informed that there would be a $50 charge for extras. This was a hardship.
