I try to stay at a Courtyard wherever I go…I wasn't disappointed in this one. The hotel is in a good location. While you are not directly on the harbor, it's maybe a 10 minute walk. There is also a water taxi stop a short block away. It is a quick walk to Fell's Point. I arrived at noon and…More

My son, husband and I stayed here in October of 2016 and loved the location – within walking distance of Fell's Point (10 minute walk), Little Italy and Inner Harbor ( all about same walking time). Cabs are available if needed. There are great restaurants in the immediate area as well as shopping so no need to drive long distances…More

It sounds like you really explored all that Baltimore has to offer during your weekend stay with us and we were happy to be a part of that. As you stated, our location in Harbor East gives our guest easy access to all the main attractions in the city and also great restaurants and shops. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. Our family stayed recently for an appointment at Johns Hopkins. Great service and amenities made a stressful situation more relaxing. The special Johns Hopkins rate is the best around and includes breakfast and cab vouchers to get to the hospital for the appointment. Speaking of breakfast, the full breakfast plates are…More

We are happy that you enjoyed your recent stay with us and thank you for writing such a detailed review. I know our future guests will find it helpful and especially those guests coming to visit Johns Hopkins.More tomrealestLaPlata, MDLevel Contributor 56 reviews 5 hotel reviews39 helpful votes

We were hosting a group of 51 people with some of them staying on boats at nearby Harbor East Marina. The event planner at the hotel was very reasonable and easy to work with. We used the meeting rooms from Thursday morning through noon on Saturday. We had two lunches. One from a short menu and the other a buffet….More

We love the fact that our location in Harbor East worked well for your group of boaters and friends. I was also pleased to read that your group was very happy with both the guest rooms and our meeting facilities. We hope to see you all again soon!More Kendra SLeominster, MassachusettsLevel Contributor 23 reviews 3 hotel reviews3 helpful votes

We made a last minute reservation as we were staying on an airbnb boat and there was a storm rolling in. The price was good to average for the area. We were able to check-in immediately and our room was very large with a King bed and couch. The bathroom was a nice size with the sink and mirror outside…More

Thank you for your recent stay with us and for using us as your safe harbor during the storm. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your next visit!More ixsomersetMarin County, CALevel Contributor 37 reviews 29 hotel reviews29 helpful votes

As a longstanding Marriott customer and Gold member checking in could not be more of a disappointment. No room upgrade (so that would've been a bonus) no free breakfast, not even a couple of free bottles of mineral water (which the Marriott Courtyard BWI offers). I ask "so as a Marriott Gold member I get nothing?" – response from receptionist…More

I truly am sorry that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. I will be sharing your comments with our front desk staff to ensure that they understand the importance of making sure all of our guests feel welcomed and that our Marriott Reward members are recognized for their loyalty to the Marriott Brand.More Kelly VBrooklyn, New YorkLevel Contributor 6 reviews 6 hotel reviews3 helpful votes

I stayed here for two nights with my husband, mother and newborn baby. The hotel was almost sold out but the very kind woman who checked us in saw our baby and upgraded us at no charge to a large corner suite. We were very comfortable as the suite with a pullout couch and separate (door) king bedroom gave us…More

I am glad that you had a comfortable weekend at our hotel and I apologize for the noise issue and TV issues you encountered. I will be sharing your comments with our maintenance team so that we can check all the TVs in our corner suites to ensure they are all operating properly. I hope that you will give us…More Peter BNewark, Delaware2 reviews 3 helpful votes

Visiting Baltimore for a wedding stayed for one night. The room was very clean and quite the beds were comfortable. Parking connected to the hotel was $23 a day. If you pay for it at the hotel front desk they give you a card so you can come and go. The staff was very friendly and the location was great

We are thrilled you enjoyed your short visit with us and found our staff friendly and location great. As you stated, there is a garage attached to the hotel which cost $23 per day and you can either pay the garage directly or add it to your room so you can have in and out access. This is helpful if…More Terri SLevel Contributor 3 reviews 1 helpful vote

The room was nice. The staff was great, particularly Dania. Breakfast was substantial. Some people would consider the Starbucks Coffee as a great addition. My husband and I prefer regular drip coffee in the morning.

Thank you for your recent stay with us and for posting your review. Denia, our Guest Service Manager, is a true asset to our team and I will share your comments with her and our entire staff.More Michael Lee WNorth Brunswick, New JerseyLevel Contributor 9 reviews 4 hotel reviews4 helpful votes

The family loved this hotel because it was located in the heart of downtown Baltimore near the waterway. The staff, especially Tamara (sorry if I have the name wrong) was very helpful. She told us what was happening around there and where to eat. We had complimentary breakfast that was made fresh and served with a smile. The room was…More
