We have stayed here a number of times. It is very convenient to the stadiums, the Inner Harbor, the Horseshoe Casino and many other places to see in Baltimore. Mackenzie at the front desk is great, he goes the extra mile to help guests.

Thank you for reviewing your recent visit. We appreciate your repeat business and will gladly share your kind words with Mackenzie. Thanks again and come back soon!More Brooks321Berkeley Springs, West VirginiaLevel Contributor 48 reviews 15 hotel reviews11 helpful votes

Went to Baltimore to watch some ORIOLES baseball. Since this Holiday Inn is only 0.9 miles from Camden Yards and next door to the Casino it was the perfect choice. I was there 2 nights and everything was just great. Everything was up to Holiday Inn standards. Love it !!!!!!

We booked a stay at this Holiday INN because it was advertised as close to Camden Yards. We checked in and the person working was very friendly and helpful. There was problem with my IHG rewards that she was unable to fix but tried. The room was very clean and comfortable. The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned…More

superdadyankee:Thank you for your review. We appreciate your input. We measure .75 miles to Camden Yards. We do not wish to mislead anyone about that. We’re sorry the shuttle service after the game was not up to par. Traffic patterns can slow the pickup process on busy game nights though we run two shuttles constantly until everyone is brought…More fantomin82Levittown, PennsylvaniaLevel Contributor 3 reviews 1 helpful vote

This may seem like a strange review as my husband and I did NOT stay at the hotel. This review is in reference to the customer service we received from the hotel, particularly Imani, who was incredibly helpful and patient with us, and we weren't even guests at the hotel. I can only imagaine the type of service those folks…More

Stayed 2 nights. Arriving for the first time property looks a little tired. Check in was efficient. We used their shuttle service for an Orioles game as well as the Inner Harbor the following day. Service was friendly and convenient. $20 parking fee at hotel annoyed me. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Hallway carpets appeared fairly…More

Stayed here for the first time. I'll give you the good and bad. First the bad. I had a reservation for 2 nights. Upon check in, i was told i only had a 1 night reservation. After arguing with them, they told me i had 2 reservations and that i would have to check out in the morning and check…More

Was on bad distance to games but had very sketchy area to walk through with homeless people asking for. Nextra to Casino if you like that. Staff at desk were not very friendly or speed. Breakfast help were great. Stay somewhere else if going to ballgames. Our WiFi didn't work. We were the furthered the room from front desk.

Thank you for your review. We are approximately 3/4 of a mile from Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Though many of our guests chose to walk to the venue, we do offer a free shuttle that drops off at the convention center which is next door to the stadium. We’re sorry if you were unaware of that option. Please accept…More Lissa PAlpharetta, GeorgiaLevel Contributor 9 reviews 6 hotel reviews1 helpful vote

We checked in and the guys behind the desk were nice. Went up elevator which was extremely hot and smelled. Once we got to our floor, the odor hit us in the face. Smelled like fish. Told the hotel and they said they had to keep fogging with air freshener. Absolutely terrible. Room was run down. Just not a nice…More
