Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown Hotels Reviews

Address: 24 W Franklin St, Baltimore, MD 21201-5006 (Formerly Mount Vernon Hotel)

Well appointed hotel in the middle of a very cool neighborhood with abundant choices for dining and cultural activities. The Staff is professional, clearly well trained, and attentive to the guests particular needs. They are pet friendly. There are a variety of rooms, some larger, some with higher ceilings, some routine. The bar and restaurant are friendly and the lobby…More

Stayed here for 4 nights – was attending a conference at the convention center, which was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. the service was exceptional – all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are five or six tasty local restaurants near by that we visited during our stay. Highly recommend

The hotel is beautiful!!! The staff couldn't be nicer! I was able to upgrade to the bi-level suit! It was well worth it! The food is amazing!!! It's within walking distance to the inner harbor and the parking is easy and cheap!! There is two garages close to the hotel!

I stayed at this hotel twice for business. The first time I was pretty happy but the room was a little dirty. I gave it a second chance and wish I hadn't. I don't think they cleaned the sheets as both beds had hair in them. Also, the shower had other people's hair in as well. They switched my room…More

JetSetter16,I am so sorry to hear about the housekeeping experience. If you wouldn’t mind contacting me. I’d like to learn more about the details. Cleanliness is a very important issue to me and our team and I am really disappointed to read these comments. I want to make corrections ASAP where ever we can.Thank you.JasonMore nicole gNew York City, New YorkLevel Contributor 3 reviews 1 helpful vote

The hotel was in a great location with a new, clean lobby. Staff were very friendly and the public spaces were great. The art in the hotel is local and unique – a big plus from a contemporary hotel. The rooms are also in the same style with great, colorful furniture. I would easily stay here again.

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Indigo. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was over the top about helping us get and do what we needed. They bent over backwards trying to make our stay pleasant and easy. The restaurant has the best crab cakes in town! The rest of the food is good as well. I would…More

Spring for the king suite. The extra space was great! Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Nice bar/restaurant in lobby with good food. No parking on site but parking deck directly across street… and only $5 a day on weekend nights ($12/day otherwise).

Lovely historic hotel with a clean, modern interior. There's a fantastic restaurant and a very nice gym. Located in a charming historic neighborhood just north of downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

AndyTravelingGuy-Thanks for the great review of our lovely historic hotel. The cornerstone was laid in 1882, and originally opened in 1907 as a YMCA.Lots of history within a couple blocks of the hotel, including the death place of Francis Scott Key!Thanks again for the review. I hope to see you again on your next trip to Baltimore!…More Martin AHeathrowLevel Contributor 187 reviews 17 hotel reviews68 helpful votes

Great location, great lobby but the rooms leave something to be desired. Poor room lighting, felt sterile and white with a small bathroom that had no fan or even a place to hang a towel. The bed, linen and pillows were really nice.

MartinA -Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed the location and lobby. Our guest rooms are white with bright pops of color (Hotel Indigo teal and orange colors) with hardwood floors. We have 162 rooms and about 100 different floor plans…being a historic converted hotel gives each guest a unique visit each time they come. Thanks…More PreviousNext123456…27Updating list… Still looking for a hotel?
