, The first time I stayed at the Black Olive was this past July. My boyfriend stayed here our anniversary weekend and absolutely loved it. The Inn has a homey feel and seems more like an apartment than a hotel. There is tons of space in the room, comfortable bed, and great Jacuzzi tub. The downtown area of Fells Point is…More

So I will be honest up front, the last time we stayed here was four years ago. Our first visit made such an impact us on, that it was a given that we wanted to stay here again. It was that perfect get away for my husband and I. First time, we had the corner suite with balcony seating. We…More

There are really not enough words to explain how much I love this place. I stayed there to celebrate my 44th birthday walking around Harbor East and Fells Point, sipping wine, and reading. Everything was perfect – from the complimentary Baltimore-themed gift I received, to a well-appointed, clean, comfortable and spacious suite. The Inn is close to pretty much everything,…More

"Don't believe everything you read…." – Your grandmother; "…except for this review." – MeYou're going to find reviews on here that say how "…the walls were different colors." And other criticisms of that sort. That paints (no pun intended) a picture that this place is a slum- DON'T BELIEVE THAT FOR ONE SECOND! This inn is exactly what it…More

Best hotel I've stayed at!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice couch/tv area. There were plenty of channels available and apps like Netflix so evenings were very enjoyable! The bathroom was huge and comfortable and everything was very clean. Service was wonderful and very kind. I would love to come back!

Had a great stay there the rooms are beautiful and the customer service was like no other im definitely coming back…Ps Rico is the man he genuinely showed me the best time ive ever had at any hotel ive ever been 5star service hands down

I wanted to get a nicer than usual hotel room for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and I appreciated the ecofriendly angle of this hotel. I was shocked by what we found. Not only were the conceirges completely unprepared to present Baltimore (they didn't have maps on hand?), but I knew we weren't in for the luxurious stay I thought we…More

Hi Madeleine,Thank you, I would like to take a moment to address each of your concerns that you have voiced in this review, and defend my team as well as the Inn at the Black Olive, as being accused of being fraudulent is something that we take very seriously.First, You arrived at 1:48 PM, check-in time for the…More Warren LWashington DC, District of Columbia2 reviews 2 helpful votes

I have only written one prior hotel review – that was for a small boutique hotel that I love in Paris and is spectacular. This hotel experience unfortunately merits a review, albeit not a good one. When we arrived, we waited twenty minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check us in, (no phone number to call,…More

This boutique and unusual hotel has a lot of potential, but it’s not quite there yet.The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable, but the large windows are tinted green, which casts an unpleasant light throughout the room. I’m not sure why the tint, but it’s not working, and it creates a kind of unpleasant feeling every time…More

Stayed here with my fiancee while traveling and it went well. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel room seemed more home like. Loved the Jacuzzi!! Guest service agents seemed friendly especially the guy during check out who referred us to the organic restaurant in the lobby. The con about this place was the fact that you cannot change the…More
