The room was clean and recently upgraded. The location is close to highway but a bit far away from downtown Baltimore. Standard motel and standard welcome. Price is OK for the room. Wendy's and Dunkins Donets 100 yards from room.

I wouldn't stay here it say downtown but really in the middle of the city. Junkies hanging around. Even on the next block up. It is a nice cafe book store from the motel. There is no other hotel or motels near. You will be 10 min from downtown. Very cheap place just no don't go. You will thank me .

From the outlook it may look like a value but, do you value your life? The staff was very nice and while the outside could use some work, the room have a modern feel to them. The neighborhood was easily the worst that I've ever stayed in!!!

Never trust the maps! Motel 6 Downtown in Baltimore seemed to have a good location and a great price. It's true about the price (despite having to pay 100 USD in cash upfront, returned the next morning), but the location was not that good, it was creepy at night, actually. It might be very safe, but one didn't feel that…More

A bit of a fuss because we were asked to pass passports over through a slit in the window – obviously we refused. Eventually, the guy accepted that we had made a reservation…More

So I booked this hotel because it was under $250 a night. Plus it was a short cab ride to the convention center. But it was not a representation of the city … The neighborhood was run down and hotel needs repair and is not the cleanest. Not bad dirty but not top priority. They took a $100 deposit and…More

My husband and I were in Baltimore for one night abd we found this on a website with good rates. We arrived to find a sign that they wanted a 100.00 deposit and also made copies of our license and credit card. I asked why are they taking a 100.00 deposit because I have seen the pics and there is…More

Stayed here for 2 nights (Fri/Sat) when going to the Preakness. Check in was easy and simple. We got to our room and it was very modern / clean. The bathroom was also visually nice. Check out was simple. Flat screen TV's and free Wifi (have to call for the password). You're only +/- 2 miles from the downtown area…More
