We were only there for one night but really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very comfortable, the staff was great, the snack/breakfast corner was awesome. Loved the park across the street, and easily walking distance to the Amphitheater.

This hotel has a great location, it is across the street from the convention center and several blocks to the seaport. It is a very unique hotel with rooms that are very "up to date". Two things that I missed were there was no sofa or single, comfortable chair in the room. There is just a very utilitarian chair at…More

The hotel is directly across from the convention center, but it is a half-hour walk to the closest subway stations, and not many dining options nearby. Most of the people we saw staying here were dressed in suits and were prepared for business meetings. The hotel was totally renovated and opened just a few months ago, so everything is fresh…More

We spent two nights on our way to Bar Harbor, Maine. We loved the Boston Seaport location. We stay at Aloft hotels frequently when traveling with our dogs. They are always clean and the rooms are always well appointed.

Stayed here for 3 nights after a New England tour. We were checked in efficiently and quickly and all our questions about where to go and how to get there were answered. The rooms were clean and sizeable, the only small drawback was the lack of a bath. Very helpful staff and a good range of snacks on sale as…More

Myself and a couple of friends stayed for the James Bay concert. The venue was a short walk from the hotel so that is why we decided to stay here. The hotel is vibrant and fun. We had a great view of the Lawn on D. The hotel is only about a half mile from the nearest T station which…More

The hotel is very modern with an industrial design. The staff are friendly, the rooms large and clean. Only negative is a little far out from the main part of the city – about a 20 to 30 minute walk. The hotel has a lively bar area. The breakfast is informal with good quality food.

We just needed a place to stay for the night, while we waited to fly out the next morning. We usually stay at SPG property's, so don't mind paying, but it was basic for the price. There was loud music playing from a band when we walked in and during check in, almost to the point of not being able…More

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and for your loyalty to Starwood Hotels & Resorts. I appreciate your feedback about the check-in experience. We do have live music on Thursday evenings which is likely why you found it difficult to hear our front desk talent upon check in. This certainly isn’t what we want our guests…More retrojay38Tokyo Prefecture, JapanLevel Contributor 22 reviews 7 hotel reviews7 helpful votes

We have stayed in plenty of Alofts over there last few years and we've never been disappointed… The Aloft Seaport is absolutely on par with what you expect to receive from a Starwood property. Rooms were nicely sized and clean as well. The bar down stays had a decent sized crowd and a nice selection of craft beers and other…More

I mean from the moment we walked in it was a comedy of errors and it appears anyone who is not management has a zero care factor. Our room was not serviced once over 3 nights. We ran the front desk and was told it was too late to get it done….wow! Will we use this chain again NEVER!!!

Dear Tim, I’m so sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. I am happy that you were able to connect with our hotel manager in the lobby just after you posted this review, and ultimately come to a resolution. Your feedback is valuable to us and a great training point for our team. We hope to have the…More PreviousNext123456…15Updating list… Still looking for a hotel?
