Our first visit to Boston and this hotel, it's team and the location did not disappoint. We stayed in a queen room on the second floor. It was extremely comfortable and very clean. We had ample room (with 2 large suitcases). The team here takes customer service seriously and it shows. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and each person we…More

Excellent Service and authentic French Bistro food.Well conceived and well prepared with the most genuine and helpful management & wait staff. Very impressive service. If you are looking for something extra special, there is a small terrace on the 2nd floor that overlooks Charles St. What a perfect place to entertain a small group of friends of business partners!

I was involved in a medical meeting at Massachusetts General Hospital and I was put up in this hotel. It is quite pricey and really not worth the money. It appears to be a converted old house , but without the charm. In my bathroom the sink was cracked but I suppose that this was supposed to be in a…More

We ate early and were served quickly. Very good attentive service. Wine list is very good. I had a Green Monster cocktail! They had my favourite rose wine from Provence plus Rijoca reserva wines by the glass and even half-bottles. Other restaurants olease copy! I had delicious grape and cucumber gazpacho followed by a burger cooked to perfection. Far too…More

The hotel is in a great location , very close to Boston Common and the Park. Beacon hill has a wonderful atmosphere and it is very pleasant to look in the nearby shops and wander the streets. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and the breakfast is delicious however it would be good if the hotel put an…More

We popped in for breakfast and were not disappointed. It's not cheap but great quality. The fruit and granola was fabulous. We visited in February so it was freezing outside. I would suggest sitting on the right as you go in as the wind comes through the walls on the left. Other than that. Enjoy!

A great place to stay. Very comfortable room close to the common. We also did the Bean town trolley. Everyone very friendly. Our room was on the the third floor and a great view of Charles St. Boston is a great city to visit. A very beautiful town with so much history.

Hotel is about a 12 minute taxi ride ($21 with tip) from the airport. Boutique hotel. Stayed on the second floor and found it to be noisy. The hotel is on Charles Street with lots of foot and vehicle traffic. The windows appear to be single pane. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The room included breakfast which…More

The last time I ate at this restaurant it was called Rebecca's (I think) and that was 35 years ago. Under new management and renovated from top to bottom I was thoroughly impressed by the casual ambiance, the interesting menu, the unusual wine list, the friendliness (and knowledge) of the staff and most of all the QUALITY of the food….More
