Club Quarters Hotel in Boston Hotels ReviewsAddress: 161 Devonshire St, between Milk & Franklin Streets, Boston, MA 02110-1402
While the location is fairly good, I spent almost my entire stay calling the front desk for things as simple as May I have a fitted sheet on my bed? What floor is the ice on? Can I have an iron and ironing board? Are there any plastic bags? Is it ok to have more than 2 towels? I have…More
I stay at Club Quarters Hotel here in Boston often. It's in a great location and the customer care is top notch. Carla at the front desk is amazing and it was no different when I checked in today. I appreciate Carla's care of her customer's and dedication to her work.
Carla was Amazing. She gave me great advice for best routes to my meetings and places to eat. I will be staying here more often. Great location, I can walk to all my meetings when in Boston. I am booking my next trip today.
This was a nice hotel with an ideal location for catching some of the downtown sites of Boston. The lobby is beautiful and there is free coffee and its attahced to an Elephant and Castle pub where we enjoyed surprisingly good food and fun service. The room are very small but clean. Had the shower now been comically small it…More
This is my second visit, my firts was a year ago and i've inmediately fallen in love with the hotel.Excellent service, location and hosts. The location is very convenient and close to many forms of transportation and the fact that there's a british pub right next to the lobby is a great plus.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
Check in and out were smooth and easy. The property is close to all things in the financial district and a short walk to the T to get anywhere else. The pub next door was great but the 2 times we went service was horrendous. You could tell though that it was a management/understaffing/organization issue on not on the servers…More
Loved the location but it stopped there. The front desk were apathetic to say the least. Not sure why they even have front desk employees. Upon checkin we were led to a computer screen to complete the reservation. On checkout, same process. I even overheard the front desk person on the verge of yelling at a customer on the phone…More

It's a good functional hotel but it's not the best. Check in was fast and simple. Shower was great -great pressure. The bed however was awful; they push two single beds together to make a double/king bed. I hate it when hotels do this as it doesn't matter what they do a split can always be felt in the middle….More

Rooms are small but comfortable and well kept. Also easy walking distance from Quincy Market and the many historical places of Boston. Carla was very helpful overall as well as offering great suggestions for places to visit.

When I went to check in for a 3 night stay for business, I had two rooms under my name. Obviously this was a mistake, as I only needed one room. I was told by the front desk worker (who stated she was a manager) that the policy was to charge me one night's stay. I then asked well is…More
