I stay at Club Quarters Hotel here in Boston often. It's in a great location and the customer care is top notch. Carla at the front desk is amazing and it was no different when I checked in today. I appreciate Carla's care of her customer's and dedication to her work.

Carla was Amazing. She gave me great advice for best routes to my meetings and places to eat. I will be staying here more often. Great location, I can walk to all my meetings when in Boston. I am booking my next trip today.

This was a nice hotel with an ideal location for catching some of the downtown sites of Boston. Check in and out were smooth and easy. The property is close to all things in the financial district and a short walk to the T to get anywhere else. Loved the location but it stopped there. The front desk were apathetic to say the least. Not sure why they even have front desk employees. It's a good functional hotel but it's not the best. Check in was fast and simple. Shower was great -great pressure. The bed however was awful; they push two single beds together to make a double/king bed. I hate it when hotels do this as it doesn't matter what they do a split can always be felt in the middle….More

Rooms are small but comfortable and well kept. Also easy walking distance from Quincy Market and the many historical places of Boston. Carla was very helpful overall as well as offering great suggestions for places to visit.
