Gorgeous hotel – very upscale. Perfect location, in the posh back bay area. The subway stop was right outside the door too. Staff were so friendly and nice- honestly, it was the best it could have possibly been!

From the moment we stepped inside, the Colonnade made us feel welcome. From the staff who upgraded our room, gave us amazing recommendations around the city and brought my sick boyfriend salt to gargle with at 4am, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The room was lovely and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. We cannot say enough great things about the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of this hotel staff. The doormen, bellman (Lanis), the front desk staff, the Manager on Duty (who came out to personally greet us, Mary O'Leary (assistant to the Director), concierge and everyone we came into contact with made us…More

The Hotel was great, it was nice to have a newspaper on your door every morning. The staff was great especially Norman and Lanis. I talked to them everyday and they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel management should give both of them a raise for being so nice. It was also good that the subway stop is right…More

It was dream come true. Walking distance to all the local attraction and malls for last minute shopping. Staff were very helpful and supporting. Good at the brasserie was a delight although not getting the table first night, the wait was worth it.

Just wonderful, staff so great and went out of there way for me. Loved my room and the bed was super nice. Vibe of the hotel is special and I can say fore sure that I will return to the Colonnade – specially in the summer when pool is open, they say that is also a special thing about the…More

This hotel was fantastic! Great location just across the street from Prudential Center. This is an upscale hotel with friendly, helpful staff, and well appointed comfortable rooms. We liked the pillows so much that we asked about them, and found that apparently other guests like them, too, as the hotel sells them! The mattress was also unbelievably comfortable, and I…More

A friend recommended the Colonnade as a "nice" place to stay both for its location and for it's vibe, including the fun rooftop bar. I took advantage of an advance pay rate of $500.65 per night (base rate, did not include tax and fees), thinking I would get the advantages of a high-end hotel for a good price. I requested…More

It is never easy to read a review where a guest has anything less than a perfect stay. We do offer a green program that if leave your towels hung up, they are not replaced- unless they are left on the floor. A card in the room details this procedure and we apologize if this was not clear. We’d like…More PreviousNext123456…269Updating list… Still looking for a hotel?
