The location was perfect – walk to Newbury St., Copley Place and Public Garden. The 2 BR suite exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional, courteous and very friendly. Front desk staff went out of their way to help us locate a missing shopping bag.Valet parking great!

Classic hotel in perfect location. Old hotel kept in beautiful condition. Rooms were beautiful. First rate support staff and simply perfect in every way. The restaurant is even perfect. We will visit again.

The staff is friendly, very attentive and always with a smile. The rooms are exceptional with all the amenities. The Eliot is conveniently located with great restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay and a good value.

Great historic hotel in a great location. If you like history then you will love the hotel. They still actually use real keys for the doors to the rooms. The food for room service is from UNI which is a great restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a lovely experience from the gracious style of the lobby and the rooms to the friendly, helpful staff. It's position close to excellent shopping, restaurants and the metro makes it an excellent choice. I'd definitely recommend it as a great base for your Boston adventure.

I stayed for one night at the Eliot and enjoyed the proximity to many Boston attractions, right near a T stop and across the bridge from Cambridge. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel itself had character, I enjoyed my stay immensely. Highly recommended.
