Business with pleasure, good location, Legal Seafood right across the street. Very quiet and clean. Easy walking to many historical sites. Was given good restaurant choices. Macy's adjacent and several theaters next block.Review collected in partnership with Hyatt Hotels This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

This is a great location. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The fitness center and pool are very well equipped and much better than your average hotel. They have a try lap pool for guests with complete locker rooms and sauna. The only complaint I have regarding g the pool is the lack of knowledge at the property regarding…More

My daughter and I stayed from Saturday thru Monday to tour Boston and see a Patriots game. We most liked the staff who were friendly and helpful as well as the clean and comfortable room. We were in Boston after a weeks cruise and stayed at Hyatt Regency Boston. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Not such a great location for sight seeing. The harbor area hotels were better for that.Review collected in partnership with Hyatt Hotels This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Stayed here way back in October 2014. Myself and mum were visiting Boston and staying here as we took day visits to see the rest of New England in the Fall. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decently appointed. The bathroom is uninspired in design, but highly functional and more importantly, well lit.The front desk staff…More

Our room 1536 has a very nice view of downtown Boston by night, with one big king size bed, small sofa and table big enough for a family of 3 w/nice big bathroom with complete toiletries provided by KenetMD, awesomely class and cozy room. Nice and helpful staffs, at valet parking they will tell honestly tell you regarding the charges…More

We spent a few days celebrating my 45th birthday while visiting Boston for the forst time. The hotel is conveniently located just a block from theaters and the Boston Common. We could easily stroll around downtown Boston. The staff was great, they did everything they could to make ours a special stay. They even sent a bottle of wine and…More

As Hyatt "Regency" hotels go, this is quite a nice hotel. The location is not absolutely downtown (if you call Copley Square the centre), but it is a nice walk, about 20 minutes. The hotel is not far from Boston Common, which is the large central park. Although not absolutely downtown, there are loads of restaurants, bars, shops etc in…More
