If you like history, you'll love staying at this hotel! You are near a number of attractions, so that means this is quite a busy area. The room was on the smaller size, so was the bathroom (pedestal sink but had shelving about the toilet for your items) and the closet. The concierge staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and…More Review collected in partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

I did not particularly enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was noisy at night with the bell hops whistling for the cabs and I could hear everything in the next room. It also had a weird smell in the lobby (rose perfume? Please no). The staff were nice, but the hotel itself was not pleasant. Rooms were kind of…More Review collected in partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

I was surprised to see such good reviews for an out dated and noisy hotel. The rooms are incredibly dark or over looked and I've had constant noise for the neighboring rooms the whole stay. Not impressed with the hotel at all. The location is very good though.Review collected in partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

My stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. Upon arriving a bellman went above and beyond to help me chase down a cab where I had left my phone. All staff seemed happy to help at every turn. The room was perfect for my needs and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel, especially if you are looking…More Review collected in partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

I visited the Omni Parker House because I wanted to celebrate my milestone birthday by walking the Freedom Trail and exploring Boston. Although pricey, this was the perfect hotel to get around by foot. Very nice rooms and very clean!! No microwave and minimal electrical outlets. Internet was included in my room charge as being part of the group for the convention, otherwise I would have been charged. Very pricey hotel, I would have thought internet would be included.Review collected in partnership with Omni Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Beautiful lobby but rooms are small. In ours, the bathroom door opened onto the sink. The shower head was fixed with no flexi-hose. The bed is only a four foot six and has no light or table on one side. There are no spare electrical sockets in the room for charging devices. The rooms do have a fridge and a…More

We had a couple of recent stays here, once in a standard room and one in an Executive room – the latter is definitely worth the extra. Much more space and an area to relax.Staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful, the restaurant and bars are lovely and relaxing or buzzing depending on time of day. This place oozes history….More

Perfect location for all the main attractions of the city. A well presented comfortable hotel. Deluxe double rooms can be a little small if King bed rather than two Queen beds. Stopped in for a couple of drinks at the hotel's bar. The bartender was great and the drinks were fine. Since I was aware that the Parkerhouse was the inventor of the Boston Cream Pie I decided to order a piece to go. What a disappointment!. I was charged $10 for a "pie" that was basically a cupcake that had…More
