We cameFor aConvention and traveled with a 4 year old. The staff wasVery friendly and accommodating towards us. The hotelIs lovely and wellSituated to convention centerAnd children's museum . LovedThe no tipping policy. I would recommendThis placeTo other travelers

Amazing imagery abound. The change of seasons was an awesome time to visit, the weather was seasonally perfect, and the people were so nice, personable, and authentically nice. I felt a little smarter and loved just because we were there. The touristy areas were historically informative and inspiring! We were intrigued by the line outside of Mikes' Pastry…why the lines…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

The hotel is immaculate inside and out. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Convenient to the airport, city and sights. Free bike rental is a nice extra and a great way to see the city. Great views of Boston harbor as well as the cityscape. Plenty of great restaurants and museums within walking distance. Beautiful facilities complimented by courteous friendly staff…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Amazing service, accommodations, food and location. This was the first hotel we stayed in where there was a no tip policy. I believe this policy was a factor in the attitude of the staff. The staff provided outstanding service in a manner that left me with the impression it was simply what they do. Another aspect of the hotel was…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Loved this charming harbor-front hotel. Quiet, clean and cozy. Loved the television embedded in the bathroom mirror, and the heated bathroom floor. Staff friendly and efficient. Lovely bistro with amazing selection of foods. Would definitely recommend it, and stay there again!Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Perfect waterfront location. One block from Boston Convention Ctr and MBTA silver line. Clean hotel, service is average, perhaps related to no tipping policy. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Boston Seaport is a newer and very nice hotel in the Seaport are. Great views, very nice rooms and excellent wi-fi. Bar, restraunt and every thing was great. Do take heed their valet parking will cost you 45.00 per day so I would park myself in their parking garage.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Wonderful service with quick check in and helpful staff. Our room was nicely appointed with hair dryer, Keurig and USB chargers near the bed. The location is about 4 blocks from the Tea Party ship and Hop On Hop Off bus stop. We arrived at Logan International then took the free shuttle bus to the water taxi which dropped us…More

Hotel has no tipping policy and it shows with the unfriendly disgruntled staff. No one is nice or helpful on the contrary, they are rude! Our hotel door was broken and a guest was locked on the inside and others were locked out. They came to fix it and were rude and unapologetic. There were many other occasions like this…More

I enjoyed my overnight stay at the Boston Seaport Hotel. Great waterfront locaton across the street from a Silverline "T" stop, friendly staff and nice decor. My wonderful experience started at check-in — when I was able to check-in early. From the moment I approached the hotel to checkout, everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Although I arrived on a…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
