The Bostonian Boston Hotel Hotels Reviews

Address: 26 North Street, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Boston, MA 02109-1503 (Formerly Millennium Bostonian Hotel)

After some research, we choose this hotel for two main reasons, the location and the price. It is in the heart of the upper north end, just steps away from the Freedom trail, Quincy market and tons of shops and restaurants. The hotel is very nice, well maintained and updated. Some of the rooms have small balconies with planter boxes…More

Loved the location, staff, and overall atmosphere of this hotel! This hotel is literally a stones throw away from all the "tourist" attractions! It's also very close to the "T" for those wanting to venture further out and away from Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall. Uber is also a great alternative to get around as well. Be sure to take one of…More

We stayed at the Bostonian for 5 nights. When we arrived we were greeted by Valet. their prices are $49/day, which is right around the average for this city. We received our valet ticket and headed into the front desk. The staff was courteous and professional. We received our room keys within 5 minutes, and off we went to our…More

Stayed here for a night while in town for business. Clean rooms, a bit small but for a hotel in the city it's the right size. Corridors are very narrow and windy easy to get lost. Bathrooms are very spacious and my room had a balcony and a fireplace that overlooked Quincy Market area. Hotel restaurant needs more of a…More

Dear Recent Guest,We enjoy hearing our guests reviews related to service and product and thank you for taking time to comment!Yes, our corridors meander a bit as our site follows the historical nature of the Blackstone Block and it was intentional to preserve the essence of the original structures. I realize what it must be like for our…More Moyra AIsle of ManLevel Contributor 23 reviews 7 hotel reviews4 helpful votes

We stayed here for three nights at the end of September. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. Both the bathroom and room were very clean. The staff were very helpful. Just a couple of small complaints, we found the air conditioning very noisy and there was no shower cap in the bathroom. The hotel has a fabulous…More

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. From the valet parking employee to the front desk help this place was phenomenal. They upgraded us to a bigger room when we got there and the staff was very knowledgable of the area. They gave us great recommendations for dinner and places to go for good night…More

While the hotel no longer has the Millennium name it has changed little in the past decade. And that's a good thing. The rooms are more than standard with attractive wood beams and updated bathrooms. The balconies are a bit awkward but at least you can get some fresh air. The service is excellent especially the room service folks. The…More

I stayed in this hotel and on arrival was informed that a member of staff there "worked" with the New England Patriots and could get me tickets. A staff member made a call and informed me that I could have a ticket for just over $130. The hotel charged this amount to my room. However it transpired that the hotel…More

Dear David,We thank you for your visit to Boston and The Bostonian and respect your thoughts related to your purchase of a Patriots ticket.Certainly we hear your concern and I trust that our email correspondence addressed this issue. We stay 2 days. Our room was on the top floor. No view and you couldn't open the slider because of the grilled beef smell from nearby restaurants. The pounding base from nearby bars went on past 2 am. Over $300!per night and could get a good nights sleep. The bed was good, as well as the linens and pillows.

Dear Wilma,We are equally disappointed and only wish you had a better nights sleep, and I extend our apologies. Our team is capable of a room relocation at nearly any time of day and only wish we had been provided this opportunity as it would have changed your impression. Our location on the Blackstone Block is surrounded by no…More PreviousNext123456…135Updating list… Still looking for a hotel?
