Just had a large national meeting there. As the planner and director for the meeting I have to say this staff IS the epitome of the Westin brand. From the moment we arrived at the front door, through a three day large association meeting, right up to check out we were treated with respect and a can-do attitude. Not talking…More

The Westin Seaport is only three miles from Logan Airport, conveniently located adjacent to the Boston Convention Center and subway, half a mile to the Children's Museum and Contemporary Art Museum, a ten minute cab ride to Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall and the Aquarium, and right on the Hop-On-Hop- Off Trolley route which can take you to various points of…More

I stayed at the Westin Waterfront for one night after flying into Boston rather late and having to spend a night before renting a car the next day to go to my destination. The hotel is huge. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I decided not to have dinner in the main dining area in the lobby, but rather…More

The Boston Convention Center is across the street or via a connected walkway: very convenient. Rooms are larger than the average Marriott or Hyatt in my experience. Lovely view of the Boston Harbor, small islands and sailboat. Nice bathroom with all the amenities. More roomy in general. Great restaurant with interesting fresh food choices; great lobby bar, plus 2 restaurants…More

I can only speak to the restaurant at the Westin. I was visiting Boston for a conference and the morning food options were completely limited in surrounding areas. It was early on a Sunday morning and I just needed something quick, light and that hard protein. Kim who worked at the restaurant came to my rescue. She was able to…More

Be very careful if you upgrade to a "Harbor View". I paid a premium for a Harbor view suite only to discover my view was blocked by several buildings with slight glimpses of the water between the buildings

I have stayed here a few times. Though upgrades are hard to come by at a property frequented by business travelers and the level of convention traffic, the staff at the front desk are always friendly.Lately, the rooms and the level of bedding + housekeeping have been steadily declining. Last visit. had a bad scare of bed bugs though…More

Lovely hotel, typical Westin just with some nice features. Rooms are big with lots of space. Beds are really comfortable, the only real set back for me if no big bath to settle down into with a nice glass of wine to relax ????

The hotel is nice and has a lot of variety inside in case you get stuck in the hotel or are super busy and want a variety for room service. It's also in a nice area with tons of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. It's connected to the hotel and conference center, which is nice during cold…More
