1) Location is excellent for walking to Freedom Park, Freedom Trail and downtown upscale shopping areas and eateries. 2) We had a junior suite on the higher floor with wall to wall windows offering breathtaking view of the city and the river. 3) Patrick of the front desk went extra miles to make sure our stay is wonderful. I booked…More

We had an amazing weekend planned for SC when hurricane Mathew changed our plans. We quickly moved to Boston and the Westin did not disappoint. We were supposed to do a mixology class in SC and when the Westin heard this they quickly but us in touch with Amanda Dolyle and she created a private mixology class for us. It…More

Great location for business or leisure, steps away from public transportation, shopping, and many restaurants. As a repeat business traveler, I have had the pleasure of working with Jen Morotto – she goes FAR outside the realm of her job to make sure my colleagues and I are well taken care of … from reservations to notarizations! I have a…More

Stayed in the Westin Copley Place for a long weekend, Oct 13-17 2016. We got the subway from the airport into Copley Place. The hotel is in an excellent location, central to everything that Boston has to offer so we walked to most places, although the subway was handy when our feet were aching. Booked this for our last stop after touring New England and it was a last minute decision having decided $620 for the Intercontinental was one night was a bit steep. This was half the price and we were not expecting too much.It well exceeded expectations and the staff were really accommodating. We were put on the 26 floor with…More

Bathroom is also modern and clean, which is a necessity for me.Rooms are quiet and so during the night, it was rare to hear noises from other…More

A beautiful place in a great location. It was only a short walk to get to dozens of great restaurants and historical landmarks. The staff was top notch and was very accommodating. For being an upscale hotel they treated their guests like it was your home for the few days you were there.

It was fabulous, amazing view of the city from the 36th floor. The room was huge with a large sitting area and comfy bed, very large bathroom with lots of fluffy towels .it was just so special , would recommend to anyone

Adequate lighting and outlets for charging devices. Desk with rolling desk chair. Carpeting except for the bathroom. Closet has a hinged door, hangar rod, room safe. Room has a fridge and coffee maker but…More
