Was here on a business trip but also visited when I was a student in Boston. On day 3 out of 5 and my thoughts so far:+ Nice modern hotel and basic amenities+ Very helpful front desk staff, check in was great and personable+ Llove their whatever whenever service – prompt and go out of their way…More
First time in Boston, called around and got directed here because of the nature of our trip, which was a 30th birthday weekend. Great location, right downtown, close to shops and a park and many restaurants. Very pretty hotel on the outside with glass windows all the way up! We wanted connecting rooms and the hotel tried(staff on the phone…More See all photos
stayed here for the weekend VERY noisy at night, on the corner of two busy roads so all sirens are heard. busy neighborhood so we could hear music from downstairs and most likely nearby clubs. . we have stayed at several hotels in the area over the past year and this was by far the worst for noise. only way…More
The W Boston is awesome. Perfect spot for your adventures around the city. It was a quick train ride from the airport as well as Fenway Park. The waterfront was an easy 15 minute walk and all of the tourist sites are walkable and/or accessible by train too.Hotel and rooms were spotless and everyone on the staff was very…More
We stayed in the Wonderful King Bed room on the 11th floor. There was a lot of street noise and we could hear everything very clearly from honking, sirens, trash pick-up, etc. I was surprised since we were on the 11th floor. So either the windows were not sound proof, or the hotel should invest in soundproofing the rooms. The…More
Stayed here 2 nights for family weekend at Suffolk. Traffic noise slowed down by two, but then the drumming started. Loud, rhythmic, annoying drumming!! No sleep and all!!! Why did the hotel allow this horrid noise? Why did the police not do something?? Ridiculously expensive for a sad nights rest.
My husband and I recently stayed at the W Boston for a mini-honeymoon. Our flight arrived well before check-in time. Paige at the concierge desk not only found us a room, but upgraded us to their premium room on their top floor because it was our honeymoon. We went to explore Boston for the day and were so presently surprised…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
Paper thin walls from top floor make New York City's Times Square a quiet zone in comparison. Nothing like the soothing sounds of street level sirens virtually all night long. The fun starts with a lobby entrance which walks you right past a nightclub and a check in procedure where either you and the front desk have to literally yell…More
I stayed at the W Hotel Boston for 4 nights. It’s in a really cool location just next to Boston's Chinatown. Great restaurants and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, however, Amy and Brianna in the downstairs restaurant were exceptional! Stop in and have a drink or dinner and you are sure to have a great experience if they are…More
The W has a club, awesome room, nice fitness center with a yoga room. Whether you are just staying in the room or wanting good club scene you have it all. This is in the middle of all the nice restaurants as well.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
