Metro stations nearby make Manhattan readily accessible. Staff, esp. Robert and Christina, were not only helpful but we're just fun to inneract with. Reading lights over the comfy beds were not only useless to the reader but irritating to the sleeper. The hip modern style is ok for a couple nights but for a longer stay, I want drawers and…More

It's obvious that Aloft is designed to look hip but with minimal construction & furnishing costs. The basics are there – comfortable bed, nice bathroom with great shower, large flatscreen TV. But space is minimal – only about 3 ft from the foot of the bed to the furniture. There is no real closet, just a rack with a cloth…More

I really struggled to decide what rating to give this hotel. So I will tell you the plus points and the drawbacks and let you decide.Location – The location is improving. We stayed for a night due to the fact that we were going to a concert at the nearby Barclays Center and didn't want the hassle of the drive back to Connecticut.I had booked parking through Parkwizz (Excellent) so dropped off the car and arrived at the hotel around 4pm.The lobby looked untidy and tired, unfortunately sometimes when…More

I stayed on the night of September 20. I had booked 2 rooms – 1 for myself and 1 for a colleague. Upon check-in, we asked to change the credit card information for my colleague to his credit card. Staff assured me that they had done so and I would only be charged for 1 night for my room. A…More

Good price and a short uber ride from lower Manhattan – about $12.Typical in that the lobby and rooms are what you would expect from an Aloft. Atypical is that there is a decent restaurant in the same building so you can stay in if you choose to.

Perfect first visit and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The desk staff, all of them, were very courteous and friendly. Cindy was available to assist with all my questions and needs. Dana, Refuel Talent, made sure we got where we needed to be as newbies trying to decipher the subway system. Dana made our…More

We stayed at this hotel for one night during a wedding. They advised us that check-in was at 3 p.m. We arrived at 3:15. After checking us in the attendant asked us to have a seat in the lobby while our room was prepared for us. We were left waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. No one ever…More

Definitely a good downtown Brooklyn choice. Large room, clean, good servicing and nor problems. The only downside was the view of the construction site, but that's not their fault and I can confirm the soundproofing on the windows was very good. They do suffer from overwhelmed-hotel-wifi-router syndrome, so I suggest you plug in the Ethernet cable for much faster and…More

I felt like we were staying in an one star hotel that was equivalent to a room and board or shelter. The room was unsanitary, one of the female employees at the front desk was obnoxious. The construction view within this hotel establishment entrance was very distracting to the eye. It was just an overall disaster!!!

Dear Jpully2014, thank you for taking your time to write this review. I sincerely do apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred. If you are open to speak further in regards to your stay I would like for us to schedule a call so we can further discuss.Thank YouMore PreviousNext123456…73Updating list… Still looking for a hotel?
