Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown Hotel Hotels ReviewsAddress: 300 Schermerhorn St, Brooklyn, NY 11217-1005 (Formerly Holiday Inn Brooklyn – Nevins Station)
The room was very small, but it was adequate. The interior was also very modern and chic. However, the hotel had a few down sides. The room was very small, bathroom sensor light turns off when you're in the shower, and the room was also not very clean. During our stay, they also had construction going on in the rooms…More
Hotel is very attractive and the rooms are very well done and cozy. Well located just a block from the subway for easy trips into Manhattan. All employees we encountered were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us including directing us to a restaurant follow a late arrival.
Clean. Extreme comfortable beds. Bathroom immaculate. Only fault would be we are Australian so enjoy a cup of tea and had to pay $7.50 for two cups of hot water and milk.. Would be nice to have access to a kettle in room. Other than that a definite 10 plus

The staff was friendly and very helpful. This was my first visit to NY in 40 years and I needed a lot of help! The hotel was attractive and clean. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. The hotel was convenient to the subway which we used all the time. Luckily, the hotel was also close to family living in Brooklyn….More

The hotel was a great base for our 5 night stay in New York. Having visiting the city many times before, we don't feel the need to stay in Manhattan. This hotel was great value and close to the main subway lines needed to get to/from the airports and city, but had plenty in the local area to explore too!…More

Spent two nights here for a weekend visit to Brooklyn. The location is great, we could get to the venues we had tickets for (Kings Theatre and BAM) very easily either by cab or subway.Sleep quality cannot be beat. Our room was perfect. Quiet heat/ac unit, very dark shades, comfortable and clean beds and bedding. Absolutely no noise from…More
Evan and team are amazing. As far as customer service goes, definitely the highlight of the trip. Gave me a 3 HR late check in like it a was no big deal. Let me keep my bags there well after checkout.
Seemed clean enough, with rooms that are typical size for NYC. Nice lobby area. Service seemed to be still getting its act together (e.g., bell staff lost my bag for a while). Neighborhood somewhat sketchy.
We had a problem on our floor. Joanna Badia, the night manager ,came up to our floor and solved the problem immediately.Karin Kruz, the day manager, followed up with us the next day, to see if we were satisfied.Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Manhattan. We will stay at thisHoliday Inn again.
