, New Hotel but too distant from Manhatan. The staff not soo good, the cleaning service did'nt returned after one attempt at 10 am when we were preparing to went out. About 45 minutes to one hour to get to Manhatan. In 7 days just 3 days of cleaning.

Cozy room, close to Barclays, the area has lot to eat and the hotel and the area is very safe. I will recommend everyone to live at this property. The staff is friendly and provides alot of help. Please live here.

We pulled up to the neighborhood of the hotel and realized it is in the projects of Brooklyn. Its our fault for not doing more research! The neighborhood looked extremely rough. We almost canceled our booking and went to another hotel, but we decided to just stay. When we went to the front desk some shady business was going on…More

Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. No lobby area, small breakfast area that served a standard budget hotel breakfast. Rough area of Brooklyn, but was in close proximity to our business location. In room internet was good.

The Quality Inn is located on the east-side of Brooklyn near East New York. The Quality Inn is located in a rough area of Brooklyn and it is best to take taxis to and from this hotel, especially at night. The rooms are small, but nice and breakfast is good, but the space is too small to accommodate much of…More

There were stains on the sheets and duvet, but they were clean. The rooms were smaller, but had everything that you would need. The elevator smelled strongly of pot, but the rooms were just fine. The breakfast was decent, but the room gets very very crowded. If you want in without having to rub up against a bunch of fellow…More

Service was bad, no cellphone reception and the Wi-Fi did not work in the room. Business center is empty. The room was not clean. The bed was Breakfast was finished so there was none for me. I think a night is worth only $75 because of overall experience. The area doesn't look good. Kinda creepy to be honest.Tip: ask…More

NOT GOOD: Location: we felt very unsafe outside during the 10-15 minutes walk from the subway to the hotel. Breakfast: Breakfast room, how could a 7-floor hotel get away with 4 breakfast tables. There was no cheese or meat, only butter and marmelade. Don't you ever pay for this breakfast, it's a joke.GOOD: Clean room and bathroom, nice bed,…More

In reviews I've seen of this place, Quality Inn in Brooklyn is unfairly underrated because of the neighborhood. The location probably helps keep the rates low. Besides, I traveled solo through the neighborhood largely unmolested, un-bothered. Sure, there were a few catcalls from men in moving cars, but that happens everywhere. And if you get back to the Inn at…More

Yes, we are in a transitional neighborhood that is evolving very quickly. Ever since the creation of the Barclay Center this area of Brooklyn has only been getting better with time. We here at The Best Western PLUS Arena are very excited to be a part of the changes that are happening!! We are also delighted to know we were…More 364RONO364Rhyl, United KingdomLevel Contributor 107 reviews 12 hotel reviews33 helpful votes
