Union Hotel, Brooklyn Hotels ReviewsAddress: 611 Degraw St, Brooklyn, NY 11217-3120
I've stayed here once before and my impression has improved. The room is still tiny, poor sound insulation and no view. Once again the best part of the stay is the breakfast which takes place a few blocks from the hotel. The price is way to high for what you get but this is Brooklyn. It was clean with a…More
Hospitality brands the world over are allocating substantial capital to the development of customer engagement strategies that extend from personalized service in a hotel property to content and loyalty marketing programs designed to enhance the relationship of guest to brand. Gracious service and rapid response to guest needs is the first order of business and in this the Union Hotel…More
Stayed 4 nights.Ok for solo but probably too small for 2 people.Very quick check in and they allowed me to check in earlier.Room was very very small and the bed is just too high but reasonably clean and very short distance to the station which was good. I came back by train after going out for the…More
Nice hotel, very clean and confortable. Located just one block from the subway, it is a very good place to stay out of Manhattan but just 10 minutes from Canal Street by metro. Good value for the money.
Good location to manhattan and trains (esp financial district) Clean rooms, blower cold ac, nice beds & great service everytime.I have stayed here about 8 times in the last 3 months w/ many other NYC overnights town compare. The neighborhood is safe (whole foods about 7 blocks away if that tells you anything) convenient to the train w/o manhattan…More
This hotel is a disgrace. The room was smaller than a dorm- no desk, no sitting area, no closet, no chairs, no iron, no nothing! Barely any room for 2 people to be in.There was no internet or air conditioning in my room or in the hallways! I had to sit in the lobby to get wifi. Other guests…More
First time in Brooklyn! True to NYC, the room was very small, but clean and nice. I would stay here again. It was definitely a good location and we were able to walk everywhere. It's close to stores, lots of cute little restaurants, and near the subway!
I do not have much to say about this hotel other than it WAS some kind of experience. the location was in a run down neighborhood with dirty streets, but that could be just that part of Brooklyn. However, rooms were not exactly as shown on web photos, rooms were rather too small, beds were also uncomfortable, The staff acted…More
Hello,The customer is clearly a Fraud. It is an indisputable fact that we are located in Park Slope, one the best neighborhoods. The hotel can only do their best and try to recover items left from the room. It is customers responsibility to check the room prior to leaving. I am happy to sit down and have a drink…More NJguy4052Hoboken, New Jersey2 reviews 2 helpful votes
My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days while we attended a conference at the Barclay Center. When we first entered the room the small size was shocking. There was enough room for the bed and that's about it. BUT… once we figured out where to put the suitcases (on top of the built in cabinet over…More
I needed a reasonably priced and clean place to sleep for one night while visiting family and friends in Brooklyn. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Although the room was small, my daughter and I were able to fit all our stuff in the drawers and shelves provided. It reminded me of a dorm room, with its ability to maximize…More
