Fulton Lane Inn Hotel, Charleston Hotels ReviewsAddress: 202 King St, Charleston, SC 29401-3109
My husband and I spent a long weekend at this wonderfully charming inn during our first trip to Charleston. We were looking for something quiet and private, while also being within the historic district. Fulton Lane Inn far exceeded our expectations with the beautiful room and the perfect location! It was literally a hidden gem within the historic and shopping…More
My husband and I stayed one night at the Fulton Lane Inn. It is a quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Charleston. Our room was large and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and genuinely accommodating. There's a complimentary simple breakfast next door at their sister hotel as well as wine and hors d'oeuvres in late afternoon. We…More
We chose it because of the location…The room was very comfortable. Complimentary wine reception offered daily and evening sherry drinks. There is a complimentary breakfast with waitress service (next door at a "sister" property).

My wife and I have stayed at the Fulton Lane Inn twice, and both times we have hated leaving. Everything from the location, to the staff, to the rooms is first class. This is the only place that we would stay in downtown Charleston.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the great location, the great staff, the nice rooms, the breakfast service, to the thoughtful details. Details such as cold bottled water when heading out or coming in from a walking tour, coffee in the lobby in the morning, which didn't run out, to the sherry service in the evening, when you're ready to…More

Absolutely loved The Inn. The hotel staff were friendly and had great recommendations. Thanks Zane for all of the dinner suggestions! Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was brought to the room each morning! (The only negative was the breakfast was not always what we ordered. Not a big deal though.) Evening sherry was nice, too….More
This Inn has one handicapped room and it was lovely. It is often difficult to find a wheel chair friendly room in old buildings, but the elevator and roll in shower were perfect. The location is near everything, and if you are strong enough to push the wheelchair over slightly uneven surfaces, Charleston is well worth seeing. The people at…More

The only thing we thought this hotel had going for it was that it was a fairly good location. Paint was dull – institutional green. No curtains. 40 watt bulbs in the lights and this made it very difficult to read. No help getting our luggage down and up steps since we were in an area below the third floor….More

This is not a standard full-service hotel: every room is a bit different and their lobby is quite small. In fact, they share breakfast facilities with their "sister" hotel–King's Inn–next door. But, their sleeping rooms are comfortable and charming and the personnel go out of their way to assist.Their canopied beds are lovely and very comfortable, plus we had…More
You can't get a better location in the historic district. We did not use our car the entire week we were there. The Inn itself has good points and not so good. What we loved – was having breakfast brought our room – we could eat, drink out coffee and read the newspaper. It was very relaxing. The room was…More
