Hotel in Chicago loop. Within walking distance to Chicago Art Institute, restraints and bus and train. Easy to get around. People very friendly and helpful. We were spending just one night in Chicago and decided to book this hotel through Booking.com. We paid with taxes $156, off-site parking was an additional $26. The parking was not in and out parking. The hotel does have this option however it is more expensive. The parking is a short 5 minute walk. We unloaded our luggage and then…More
We booked a superior queen room which included an area with sink, microwave and fridge. The room was a reasonable size, but the bathroom was very small. We paid around $205 per night in early September; this price did not include breakfast. The price reflects the location as this hotel is close to bars/eateries and within a comfortable walking distance…More
We recently stayed 3 nights at the Central Loop Hotel 111 Adams W. in downtown Chicago. We would highly recommend it. From the airport we took the Blue Line train at a cost of $5 US for a 40 minute ride and got off at Monroe Station without ever having to change trains. Our hotel was less than a 5…More
Was in town for Marathon and booked the suite so that three of us could stay – I know that the images are misleading but this was just sooo off. Room was small dark and the pull out "chair" was right on top of the double bed. Floor beneath carpet was actually squeaky. I would say poor to all but…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
This was the worst value I've ever experienced. I will never Priceline a room again. The pullout bed was an old vinyl chair. 19' inch tv that didn't swivel from mount. Carpet old and 2 towels for 2 guests was just a petty topper for me. I staid at a red carpet inn in Augusta Georgia that I would book…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
Dear Christopher SSorry that we did not meet your expectations on your recent stay at the Central Loop Hotel.I make note of your comments regarding the Chair bed that was reserved for you and the TV – these are, I am happy to say are in the process of being replaced. Nice enough but expensive for a pretty basic hotel stay.I was charged an extra $25 per night for a bath in the room which I think considering the expense should have been included. Nice bar attached & thelocation is good & Central.
Dear LauraThank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay at the Central Loop Hotel.I would like to clarify that the $25 that you were charged for was not for the use of a bath but an upgrade charge to a larger room – a suite.I am glad that you enjoyed the Elephant…More Samantha HWest Linn, OregonLevel Contributor 36 reviews 9 hotel reviews8 helpful votes
This is a good hotel for business purposes. The wi fi signal is good and it is very close to the federal reserve bank. A little too close to some of Chicago's high crime district for my taste, but we felt relatively safe. Convenient to restaurants, and decent breakfast. A solid business option.
Dear Samantha HThank you for your review.I would like to reassure you that The Central Loop area of Chicago which is, as you know, also the Financial District of the City is not near any major crime area. The area is safe and very well patrolled by the Chicago Police so please do not have any concerns.I…More annj371Cathedral City, California1 review
everything was excellent.. everyone was friendly. The room was nice and clean. It was different having to go to other room to get the iron and board. I love the pure water along with the water bottles.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
