Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel Hotels ReviewsAddress: 200 N Columbus Dr, Chicago, IL 60601-7802
If you want to go to downtown Chicago, stay at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel. You will be located in the middle of historic and exciting new architecture, in walking distance of most great attractions in downtown Chicago: Millenium Park, the Bean, Michigan Avenue.Hotel rooms are excellent and the service is exceptional.
This was my 3rd stay at the Fairmont Chicago, my first was in 1996. The hotel has really stayed with the times and is as elegant as ever. I would recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure, due to its location near Millennium & Grant Park, the Chicago River, Navy Pier and the Michigan Ave.More Review collected in partnership with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
The Fairmont is a great hotel and provides comfort and service in abundance. I stayed for a week on business and was treated to a generous size suite. Travelling quite frequently, I appreciate a decent bed and calming environment to fall asleep. The Fairmont delivered perfectly. Clean, spacious and all the facilities you expect from a luxury hotel.
I had a nice room on a high floor with great views. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive. A bit pricey but very nice. I thought the food was a bit expensive in the restaurants as well. They charge for internet.
This was my second or third stay at this wonderful hotel. The Fairmont is close to Michigan Avenue, great restaurants, premiere shopping, and attractions, too (Navy Pier, Millenium Park, and more). The rooms are spacious. The concierge staff, particularly Gail Walker, are incredibly informed, helpful, accessible, and friendly. The business center staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. The on-site restaurant and…More
The Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park is very well located. The rooms, on the other hand, are super tired and in need of a makeover. They could also use some soundproofing, as we heard clearly and verbatim the conversations of folks on either side of us. There aren't really any appealing public spaces at this hotel — the "bar" right in…More
My husband and I traveled to the Fairmont Chicago, Milllennium Park for a babymoon weekend, sadly we were beyond disappointed. We checked into a king park view room. The room was extremely small, tucked away in a corner near the elevators. After noticing the room was somewhat dirty and very loud from the neighboring elevators I called down to the…More
So disappointed with our stay at The Fairmont. My husband stayed here 2 years ago for the same meeting and was very happy with the quality of room etc. (see pictures below of the bed and seating in our room) , vinyl coverings simply falling apart!! Mold in the bathroom that in my book is not acceptable! When I complained…More

The differentiation for this hotel is the helpfulness and friendly staff.Location is nice, easy to walk around the city. Got to attend the 'President's Club' reception with sushi and cocktails and meet a few Fairmont management team members who really made a point to converse with the guests and get to know them personally.Rooms aren't the largest, but…More

All the comfort and quality that comes with a Fairmont hotel but even better perks for those participating in the Chicago Marathon. Not only is the hotel exceptionally well located at Millennium Park, it pulls out all the stops with breakfast starting at 5:30am for runners! Superb staff, central location, a great lobby bar and more!Review collected in partnership with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
