I had one evening's stay here while on business. Although the lobby was a bit noisy with the construction upgrades, my room was clean and easy to find. The cocktail lounge was spacious and busy. Service was good, as were appetizers and drinks. Shuttle bus to airport was timely.

The hotel is going through upgrades to a dated interior. Good restaurant on first floor. Rooms size OK but there is no side chair to sit in other than the desk chair. Curtains outdated and mine had a rip in it. Overall just average, however close to all shopping and restaurants in the area as well as Ohare.

Stayed at this property for a night and it was a nightmare. Checked in late and got a room with a dirty bathroom, hair on a bed sheet, internet didn't work all night, breakfast was pricey and bad in taste. I would never come back to this property again.

I just wanted to give some feedback on my stay at the Holiday Inn O'Hare recently. My stay was my worst experience with Holiday Inn ever so I felt I should let others know. To summarize my issues, they were as follows:1. Arrived about 7:00pm after a very long day and drive. Received my packet, got to my room…More

I frequent this hotel when I am flying out of country. They offer a covered parking area for your vehicle while you are gone, for a fee. But its covered and they shuttle you to and from airport.I had forgot a bag of gifts on my return and the shuttle driver had brought it back to the counter for…More

There is no parking as the hotel is under construction. The rooms are dirty and dated. In the ice machine/vending area was bags of trash, torn up floors and looked like a crack house. Someone had put 2 random pieces of tape across it which made it look worse. The non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The bed was nice but,…More

First of all yes this hotel is a little dated and some of the hotel may seem a little old. However, I really like this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been clean and nice. The restaurant has very good food and I've eaten there several times. The biggest plus is that it's a…More

Arrived just before midnight after a evening football game. The hotel was PACKED but we had no problems finding parking. Front desk attendant was very friendly. We're priority club members so we expected one of the best rooms and we got it. It was a very spacious suite with living room, dining area, desk area with separate bedroom and bathroom….More

The hotel was adequate but nothing special. The tiki decor seemed to be dated to me. I had a burger in the restaurant that was so dry I only ate half and returned to my room. I was booked there by United Airlines who provided coupons for payment. When I arrived home that the staff had charged my credit card…More

Poin t of stay with this hotel is in its location. It's 7 min walk distance from CTA Cumberland station. If you go to downtown you can just walk & ride. No need to take shuttle bus to the aiportfor CTA connection.
