Great location, friendly staff, brand new rooms. Hampton's are usually my friend choice within the Hilton chain, but this particular hotel exceeded my expectations. If we could get Hampton to throw in on the cookies like DoubleTree does, it would be a home run.Review collected in partnership with Hampton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

The temperature wouldn't go below 66 and that hurt my sleep a ton. It was burning up, that might be something you guys might want to look into . I love my room cold when I sleep . Like on at least 60 degrees. Anything above 60 when I sleep is just not right . The property was amazing except…More Review collected in partnership with Hampton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

It was a great place to stay. Great location in downtown Dallas. The hotel opened in June 2016 & I felt the staff was excellent in wanting to know if we needed anything & how they could improve their service. I would definitely stay there again. It was nice to be able to walk around downtown. The hot breakfast was…More Review collected in partnership with Hampton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

We booked our wedding block here and they were extremely easy to work with. The rooms were impressive and they had a great common area for our guests to meet. I'd recommend this hotel for any group reservations.Review collected in partnership with Hampton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

I only had 2 issues regarding my stay here. 1. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My entire body was sore the next day. 2. I had a huge issue with the guy who worked at valet. He claimed valet was full when it wasn't. After I parked my car in the lot behind the hotel, I saw 2 new cars…More Review collected in partnership with Hampton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Amazing hotel property at the edge of the Dallas shopping district. Across the street from Neiman-Marcus. They refurbished an older building with a totally new inside and the result is amazing. Something you wouldn't expect from a Hampton in an old building. Rooms are nice size, bathrooms are perfect. I'm glad hotels are dropping the old shower/tub for a nicer…More

The hotel is very updated and contemporary with a clean and crisp feel. When my husband and l checked in, they were booked on their king rooms (which we had reserved) so they upgraded us to a corner room suite. The room had two queens but the view more than made up for not having the bed size we wanted….More

This hotel is new or recently re-done. Due to street construction, it is a little confusing finding the entrance, but once inside, it is lovely. The front desk team was incredibly helpful to me as I had a problem with my reservation on a big football weekend. My room was one of the largest rooms I've had in my travels,…More

Unhappy with room as it was very hot. Air was turned off when we got there and it took hours to cool the room down. The wifi did not work for us. Comp breakfast was very good though. Also parking was $26 per day which was not told to us prior to our stay.Review collected in partnership with Hampton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
