Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown Hotel Hotels Reviews

Address: 1025 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75202-3113

If you are interested in a great hotel to stay, where there is NEARBY access to most local tours and experiences, this is the place. However, if you're a female traveling alone, it would be best to stay uptown and take Uber to your destinations. This new hotel in downtown is close to many DALLAS attractions, the DART light rail and just a few blocks down from the convention center. So it is definitely convenient for business and pleasure. The rooms are all-suite, clean, and fresh with lots of space. Lots of fun little areas in the hotel such as the basketball practice court, movie…More

My 3 children and I stayed here after we left the Great Wolf Lodge. We were going to the Dallas World Aquarium the next day before heading home. It is a little more of an adult hotel, I must say – however; our reservation was flawed somehow so we were given two king size suites for the price of one…More

The staff were friendly, and the suites give plenty of room to stretch out. My three friends and I were comfortable during our trip. The kitchen allows for in-room meals to save on the trip budget. We originally booked this hotel for its close proximity to the 6th Floor Museum. It was the location that we initially valued as we were only in Dallas for 24 hours before our onward bound flight, but that soon changed when we met the welcoming staff! They get top rating for greetings/booking in process/helpful suggestions and overall customer service. Alex…More

We had a wonderful Anniversary trip and the hospitality of the Homewood Suites staff from beginning to end, made it even better! Our valet attendant was attentive, explained how parking worked, and made us feel very welcome. The front desk staff were very professional and made sure we felt special, they took the time to explain the breakfast and all…More Review collected in partnership with Homewood Suites by Hilton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

We booked this hotel with another couple friend, and I have to say it was amazing!! The staff made recommendations for us upon check in that we could do adjoining rooms at no additional charge! This hotel is centrally located so you can walk to the House of Blues, or go into deep Elm for bar hoping. We enjoyed our…More

I had a great stay of 3 nights at this hotel, and it is not my first time. The location is close to everything downtown. The free breakfast is above average in selection, but some favorite items quickly run out (such as cranberry juice on tap), and staff seemed unable to notice in a timely manner. However, the required valet…More Review collected in partnership with Homewood Suites by Hilton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

I have never wanted to leave a hotel so quickly. The atmosphere was not warm but I must say the valet was very welcoming. I travel a lot and look forward to clean and fresh linen. I was not expecting to see visual stains on my comforter as I pulled them back to go to sleep. I was told due…More Review collected in partnership with Homewood Suites by Hilton This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Stayed for two nights this week. Needed a larger room so reserved a 1BR queen suite, a bit pricey (stayed in a 1BR comparable suite in Waikiki for the same rate so go figure). Wanted to be close to DART so this fit the ticket as the Akard station is on the block behind the hotel. The neighborhood, a tad…More
