We enjoyed our stay but can't wait until the upgrades are done. It was very disappointing not having working appliances and hot water 🙂 I'm hoping when we stay next year everything they promised will be done.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

We booked the ocean view suite and were really happy about it. Nice clean room, good kitchen and very spacious. Bathroom even had a bubble bath! Only critical thing was the bed, it was way too soft. And the curtains did not close entirely. But besides this, great hotel with very nice staff! Unforunately we've could only stay one night…More Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.

Room was good and clean. The only thing that sucked was the wifi didnt work and the elevators were out of service 90% of the time and no balcony. We was at the beach 99% of the time and it was beautiful on the 4th of July for the fireworks.

Hi Morgan, thanks for your review! We’re glad you were able to enjoy our beautiful beachfront on the 4th of July! We apologize for the Wi-fi and elevator outage – both of those things were being replaced right around that time, and we have new elevators and Wi-fi in place now. Hopefully we will be able to share our new…More ElaineE223Westfield, MassachusettsLevel Contributor 7 reviews 5 hotel reviews15 helpful votes

Stayed here for three days before we left because of Hurricane Matthew. Was actually glad we had to leave. If I had to stay any longer, I would have gone crazy. There were so many bugs in our unit. Everything was so old and the bugs were coming out from under the baseboards of the walls. Engineering came to spray…More

Th hotel location was excellent. The hotel was very outdated and dirty. The room was dirty and the beds extremely uncomfortable. This is the reason we didn't buy from your presentation. U can have guests experienced a dump and expecting them to buy. I stayed at Grand Seas Resort for 4 days, and it is a totally relaxing resort. The rooms all look onto the ocean. I had a one bedroom unit – which had a fully equipped kitchen in it. The resort has a lovely bar by the pools, where you can sit in the shade with a drink and enjoy the…More

Please let us know. The time at the resort was very good. Clean room, bed and sheets. the jack hammering on Monday morning was quite a surprise.Review collected in partnership with this hotel This business uses tools provided by TripAdvisor (or one of its official Review Collection Partners) to encourage and collect guest reviews, including this one.
