Have stayed at this property twice and both times I enjoyed. Typical Renaissance Hotel experience (personally my choice for a Marriott brand property). Not crazy expensive but classy, has great ambiance, modern without being overdone, good service, property amenities you can appreciate and good location. Prices were fair and reasonable to the competition and it's a full service property! Yes…More

Our room was perfect for us. Small kitchenette complete with cooktop, fridge & dishwasher. We had a sofa and armchair – watched baseball with another couple in our room. It was quiet, and clean. Use of the business area was free, as was the breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff (especially a young man named Seth),…More

We had a great time in Denver and this hotel was a big part of that! The hotel and rooms were very clean. Service was good – we had an issue with our shower head spraying in all directions. They sent someone to fix it within the same day. Only con: It was difficult to get a hold of the…More

Room was fine, hotel fine, my wife stayed here and when she arrived they told her she was upgraded to a better room. When she got there is was a handicap accessible room which she did not like. Too tired to go down and change.

Steve S,Thank you for providing us some feedback from your wife’s stay. I’m sorry to hear that she didn’t quite receive the room she was hoping for. I will be sure to share your feedback with our front office team to ensure these things don’t continue to happen. Please let me know the next time you are in the…More Jon PHuntsville, AlabamaLevel Contributor 17 reviews 2 helpful votes

This is a very nice upscale hotel. It was pretty cool that they had a vault in the middle of the lobby. The service was great and the location downtown was perfect. There were quite a few different options of places to eat and things to do that are within walking distance. The parking is $24 per week night.

We loved our two night stay, in town for a wedding. Our visit coincided with the Great American Beer Festival and I was worried the hotel would get loud in the evening. If it did, we didn't hear a thing. Our room was clean, peaceful, and we loved the Aveda products! The lobby is memorable as a former bank but…More

JenniferMor8,I’m glad you had a great time with us while in town for a wedding! It’s also great to hear that you didn’t hear any noise, even while in town for a lot of different events in the area. We appreciate the review and hope to have you stay with us again!More Heidi BLevel Contributor 22 reviews 6 hotel reviews3 helpful votes

Location awesome, staff great, hotel clean & comfortable – what else do you need? Walkable to alot of great restaurants & shopping, lobby bar was great for a cocktail and Olympics watching. Parking options not great – either pricey valet at hotel or pricey garage next door but what do you expect from a downtown location. Great experience!

Thank you for your review Heidi B! I’m glad to hear that you got to enjoy not only downtown Denver, but also our hotel and we hope to see you again soon!More plane_trip2014Washington DC, District of ColumbiaLevel Contributor 19 reviews 13 hotel reviews5 helpful votes

This is a fantastic option for downtown Denver. The architecture is stunning and the renovated rooms are modern and very comfortable. It appears that it was a bank that has been tastefully converted into a hotel while preserving the original character. Beyond the great location and fantastic rooms, I also found the service to be excellent. I used the executive…More

My favorite part of the hotel was enjoying a drink by the fireplace after a long day of traveling. We had stayed at a Courtyard in San Diego that was also in a lovingly restored bank building, complete with vault rooms, and hoped that this hotel would be similar. We were not disappointed. It is great that companies are finding…More

Not just a hotel but an experience. We enjoyed our stay at this historical landmark – Colorado National Bank. Top rate accommodations in cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent on-site restaurant "The Range" and location in the heart of Downtown. The over-the-top enthusiasm for the property comes from the self-guided tour through the bank vaults and the beautiful decor of restored murals…More
