The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection, Denver Hotels ReviewsAddress: 321 17th St, Denver, CO 80202-4003
The historic Brown Palace Hotel in downtown Denver is a great place to stay! My wife and I really enjoyed our Classic King Room. The decor was sophisticated and tastefully done. Bedding and the bathroom were both high quality. The lobby area is truly impressive. Loved the Schooner Bar. Overall, if you like classic elegance with all the modern conveniences…More
Stayed here over four night in late October, 2016. Room was a standard queen on the fifth floor. Very quiet, very comfortable bed. Bath had a large shower with two heads and all the amenities. Water pressure and hot water were fine, though rainshower-type heads don't help much.We only had to valet park one night, and, as others have…More
Very courteous staff. Parking is ridiculous. I never found a parking lot so ended up having to valet which is $45 a day to do! Ordered room service which was quickly delivered by the cheeseburger had no flavor and the bun was stale. Room was nice but smaller than expected for the price.

Service cleanliness accommodation was first class.Champagne served before and after the massageWhat was most impressed with is they were serving A Tea at lunch that was very impressive looking and would recommend going to on a visit
I didn't get to sleep in this hotel this time unfortunately, but we did have a 4 day long conference here with a lot of staying in the Holiday Inn next door. It must be the same owner as the hotels are interconnected by a walking bridge.Besides the great classical look of this hotel, the staff are what really…More
Steeped in History, the Brown Palace offers a unique upscale experience to guests. The staff executes superior service on all levels. The dining options are good, if pricey. They offer a traditional English afternoon Tea in the lobby. Sometimes they feature music in the lobby as well. The architecture is breathtaking in a very Victorian America sort of way. The…More
Walked in to the Brown Palace to live jazz. All of a sudden we transported to a different time. The lobby is fantastic! Beautiful and ornate. Check in people were friendly and quick.Room was upscale, but very similar to many other places downtown. Bathroom is very nice, good water pressure. Just a few spots in the room that are…More
Not only were we not told about incidental "fees" but the $45 for parking, which is not validated by the hotel, as well as a lack of communication about brunch reservations turned our stay into an over priced standard hotel room. Ruined the experience!

I stayed here for one night for a convention I was to speak at and it was lovely. From the moment I got out of the taxi and the staff greeting me to take my luggage inside to the front desk staff and the lovely room, it was delightful and restful. This allowed me to head over to the convention…More
