This property now has the same owners as Premiere Hotel, the property was bought by the the same family that owns Premiere this year (2015). Both properties are now in very good condition internally. Our room was very clean and recently refurbished. New beds, bathroom and furniture. No problems with any noise even though the lot north of the property…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Fred V jenmilliDallas, TexasLevel Contributor5 reviews1 helpful vote

The hotel is currently under renovation. We booked our room at Premiere Hotel next door but were informed we will be staying at the Beach Plaza. The room was nice, very clean and newly remodeled, large screen TV, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, brand new AC. Bathroom was ok, was VERY dated and only painted, and not very well. Hotel…MoreReportHelpful?2Thank John R SIG DStony Plain, Alberta, CanadaLevel Contributor25 reviews9 hotel reviews42 helpful votes

Excellent location! A cross road from beach, walk to large mall and restaurants. Stayed in newly renovated amazing room, good value for our money. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Always amazing service! Our room had fridge, toaster and coffee maker.ReportHelpful?2Thank SIG D John James LNorth BrunswickLevel Contributor1 review2 helpful votes

I have stayed here before several times but conditions are worse. They are ripping out bathrooms and making repairs but in a noisy fashion at 8am. I am staying elsewhere next time. They are the cheapest hotel on the ocean though.ReportHelpful?2Thank John James L Eiffeltoren27061 review4 helpful votes

Old, dirty, worn down hotel, outdated, unhygenic. Sheets were about the only clean thing in the hotel. Shower dirty and full of mold, lots of hair on the floor, a/c extreemly noisy, etc etc( the list is to long) . Evening staff was ok, morning staff terrible. View is great from the front room, but other than that a hotel…MoreReportHelpful?4Thank Eiffeltoren2706 berryfairy68Miami, FloridaLevel Contributor9 reviews5 hotel reviews6 helpful votes

This is one of the nastiest motels I have ever stayed in. I Know we sometimes really want to visit a place and make sacrifices for a lower price but don't do it… I wouldn't stay in this cockroach hotel ever again, even if it was 20 dollars a night. My feet got black from walking on the carpet, the…MoreReportHelpful?3Thank berryfairy68 leira126Munster, Indiana1 review3 helpful votes

while yes this hotel isn't the best, it is literally the best view from a hotel at the price. You are paying $60…did you expect room service at that price? You are 20 steps from the ocean, 30 steps from restaurants, and 40 steps north of a shopping strip. You could not get better than that. The hotel even has…MoreReportHelpful?3Thank leira126 suelle22Homestead, Florida1 review5 helpful votes
