Worst hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere on earth. Terrible customer service, charged $1800 I did not authorise and fighting to get it back, unhelpful even rude staff, endless queues for bar and the broken lift even told to use service elevator in kitchen!! A colleague left for an hour and returned to find someone else in his room!…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Louis M jones825395Atlanta, Georgia1 review

When I arrived to my room today, the balcony door was open. It was 85 degrees outside so I immediately shut it then left for dinner. When I returned, I noticed black dots all over the floor. On closer inspection, I realized they were BUGS. I moved the pillows on the bed and pulled back the covers and they were…MoreReportHelpful?Thank jones825395 MikeyBoyntonWest Palm Beach, FloridaLevel Contributor27 reviews11 hotel reviews9 helpful votes

I stayed here overnight because my company was hosting their holiday party here. Overall I was disappointed with my room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. In the bathroom i continuously heard the sound of water flowing in the pipes. My room had a decent flow of hot water, but one of my co-workers told me they had very little.ReportHelpful?Thank MikeyBoynton 225geralynhDavie, Florida1 review

Embarrassed that out of town family members went to complain about the condition of their rooms. I am a local and was expecting a nice stay in a clean room that wasn't so noisy. Once again, the tower rooms with a CruisePort view offer the best views of the cruise ships sailing away. I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again. The grounds are well kept, with lots of diversions from the pool with cabanas available to the pool bar offering the best Cuban sandwich in Florida. The lobby is modern and beautiful…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Plaswinder JorgeUIOQuitoLevel Contributor29 reviews5 hotel reviews10 helpful votes

The good: great service, fast check in and out, the people from the front desk and parking were very helpful. The meh: the room was spacious and clean, though not great. Breakfast was ok, not varied. The bad: tiny gym and the spa closes too soon, plus you have to pay extra for basic areas. I did not have the…MoreReportHelpful?Thank JorgeUIO Humarock_SethBoston, MassachusettsLevel Contributor73 reviews10 hotel reviews17 helpful votes

Arrived at 9:30 PM on a Sunday night. Hopped out of our uber and wandered inside to get a cart for our luggage as I had a heavy piece that I didn't want to carry. They told me I had to get a bell hop which I accepted and waited a few minutes for that to happen. Eventually got to…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Humarock_Seth A TripAdvisor Member1 review

I was just there this weekend for a wedding. And I most just give credit to a staff member that went out of his way to make this stay great. His name is JC. He was awesome. The way he professionally treated me. And the attention to detail he showed when it came to serving food and just in general…MoreReportHelpful?Thank A TripAdvisor Member Rich J1 review1 helpful vote

Stayed at the Hyattt Pier Sixty-Six for one night prior to leaving on a cruise from Port Everglades, Ft Lauderdale. The day of the cruise was also my 60th birthday and the breakfast staff, Teri & Nelson, made it a great start to the day. Teri was warm & couldn't have been more helpful. Nelson has a fabulous tenor voice…MoreReportHelpful?1Thank Rich J Maria P, Guest Relations Manager at Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six, responded to this reviewGreetings,Happy Birthday Rich J!
