This is a decent hotel. It is a little over priced at $95 a night so I booked it on hotels.com and felt better about paying $60 a night. The hotels seemed very clean however to get everything to turn on, you have to know a little bit about troubleshooting. The TV did not work and no lights came on…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Blaize K msb312Atlanta, Georgia2 reviews

I thought I was getting an excellent deal when I booked this place online, being it was just a block from the beach. I was in for a rude awakening upon my arrival. The front desk clerk was awesome… However, the room and hotel guests were disgusting. I didn't know this place was an "extended stay" type hotel. More like…MoreReportHelpful?Thank msb312 Joseph HPismo Beach, CaliforniaLevel Contributor13 reviews4 hotel reviews5 helpful votes

Ok…. what a crappy day this has been. Our RV broke down on our to the Keys and is in the shop. So we found ourselves homeless and frustrated. Then we discovered this small (perhaps even a little aged) amongst the bigger hotels in the area, but the rooms have been refurbished and are pretty big… but the real big…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Joseph H Anne NLaukaa, Finland2 reviews

Ideal location, nice pool, comfortable rooms with cable. Highly recommended. The reception staff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to a supermarket, shops, personal trainer centre and most of all the beach.ReportHelpful?Thank Gavin H Jose Andrés LLevel Contributor4 reviews4 hotel reviews

I had booked for 3 nights but could only stay for 2. My room was dirty when I arrived, it included dirty sheets and a recently used, dirty shower as well. On top of that, none of the power outlets in the room worked and when I came down to complaint at the reception, nobody was there to attend me…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Jose Andrés L annibanani1Bronx, New York1 review3 helpful votes

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!If I had the option to not give them stars I would. I have never seen a room so disgusting in my life. When we arrived the guy(Oliver) who check us in told us the room was being worked on so he's going to check if it's clean. He quickly took my Debit card and…MoreReportHelpful?3Thank annibanani1 Alastair BDartmouth, Nova Scotia, CanadaLevel Contributor16 reviews3 hotel reviews2 helpful votes

The room hadn't been cleaned, at least not well. Other than the TV, nothing had been upgraded since Jimmy Carter was president. Service was poor, wouldn't arrange for a cab Saturday morning to take us to the airport, nor would they give us a wake up call at 0630 (presumably too early for them). Noisy as well, no soundproofing. Not…MoreReportHelpful?2Thank Alastair B Kris W1 review1 helpful vote

After booking online I checked in on April 2nd and paid Ocean Mile upfront for 6 nights. After staying there for 3 nights I found accommodations closer to my friends and my friend called to see about a refund and checkout. She was told that it would have to be a percentage because of the Hotels website discount and he…MoreReportHelpful?1Thank Kris W Paula G1 review1 helpful vote

Although the staff was friendly, the room was dirty, refrigerator did not work and the bathroom was awful. Upon our arrival there was sand on the floor and we hadn't been to the beach yet. Luckily we only had to spend 2 nights there before we could change to better hotel across the street.ReportHelpful?1Thank Paula G PreviousNext12345Updating list… Questions?
