This place is pretty new, very clean. Our room was spacious and well laid out, quite comfortable. The breakfast, while a nice touch, was lacking a bit. Just very basic, if you just need coffee and a roll it's fine though. The location is pretty convenient also.ReportHelpful?Thank Mike A Escape2024Auckland, Auckland, New ZealandLevel Contributor13 reviews8 hotel reviews3 helpful votes

I chose the hotel based on the good reviews & price. Being on a Saturday, the other hotels were more than I wanted to pay just for one night before my flight out the next day. If I had known it was going to be this bad, I would have payed another 100 for someplace else. Location was ok. It…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Escape2024 enghelicious MLevel Contributor49 reviews12 hotel reviews3 helpful votes

The place appears to be new. The issues I had was the service. The front desk clerks seemed disinterested and busy on their phones (maybe a sign of the times). House keeping failed to replace the facial tissues two days and didn't clean the room at all one day. The breakfast was poor in my opinion. Pre-package waffle which you…MoreReportHelpful?Thank enghelicious M Misty D1 review

Easy access and clean accommodations. I stayed in a King suite and it was a nice room. The area was quite, the staff was friendly, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Very spacious room – great for a family!ReportHelpful?Thank Misty D EliasH0Baton Rouge, Louisiana1 review

Breakfast lacks fruits and yogurt, like simply have apples and bananas. Also cream cheese is not available. Can add skimmed milk. Cold boiled eggs. Everything else was perfect!Congratulations and please improve the breakfast.ReportHelpful?Thank EliasH0 cristinaashley9Gustine, Texas1 review

It was very clean and the staff were very nice people. We went to the one in Galveston and made many trips in and out throughout the stay and every time the staff was very polite and asked if everything was alright. The breakfast was perfect for the price and everything was so clean. The only complaint I have is…MoreReportHelpful?Thank cristinaashley9 rena wSaint Louis, MissouriLevel Contributor13 reviews9 hotel reviews1 helpful vote

First, this hotel is right off the highway and easy to get to when arriving or leaving Galveston, but it is not walking distance to anything you will want to do, but the drive is not bad.The hotel smelled musty/moldy in the lobby and hallway, but the room was perfectly nice. Nothing special, clean and comfortable.. better than other…MoreReportHelpful?Thank rena w Dominque BEvening Shade, ArkansasLevel Contributor25 reviews6 hotel reviews11 helpful votes

Spent one night here before sailing off on our cruise the next day. After being on the road for 8-9 hours that day, we were able to kick off our shoes and relax! This place was more than what we expected; comfy, clean, great service! Only part we were slightly disappointed on was how noisy it was in the hallway…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Dominque B Holli MSeattle, Washington2 reviews2 helpful votes

This is a new nice hotel! Also much appreciation to the lobby staff who returned my iPad pro that I left on the furniture when checking in. So thankful! I like the new showers and tile. No smoking in this hotel is a plus.ReportHelpful?Thank Holli M Dennis SLevel Contributor9 reviews3 helpful votes

We stayed here the night before our cruise. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Hotel is fairly new and is very clean. Room size was huge with couch, desk and chair plus mini fridge. I will be staying here again.Note: Due to the Bike Week all the hotels were price gouging. Our normal $69 room was…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Dennis S PreviousNext1234567Updating list… Questions?
