This place is an absolute disgrace, they put my family in a room with roaches and a filthy bathroom. My youngest is 3 months. When we told the front desk about it we were told there was nothing they could do because they did not have a manager on staff. The next morning I spoke with the so called manager…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Nichole C azpatty03Peoria, Arizona1 review

What a dump. First they gave me a condo that the doors didn't open to thedeck upper or lower. I went to the office and complained, they said I wasassigned to a unit that they were having problems with the door sticking so they are keeping it locked. I told them to give me another and they did….MoreReportHelpful?Thank azpatty03 Salvi B, General Manager at Four Seasons on the Gulf, responded to this reviewThank you for your review and feedback. We took a trip to Galveston in February of this year and stayed here for three days and I must say it was way more than what we expected. A full kitchen and patio facing the gulf were way more than expected.ReportHelpful?Thank Dallas G Salvi B, General Manager at Four Seasons on the Gulf, responded to this reviewThank you for your review and feedback and look forward to having you stay with us again the future.JULIE HAUSTINLevel Contributor29 reviews7 hotel reviews9 helpful votes

It just keeps getting better here. Love hearing the TV's are being added to the bedrooms soon at least it's being looked at. Salvi hires the most well mannered and cheerful people. We love coming here and even more this year with this cancer adventure…ReportHelpful?Thank JULIE H KatieminingGrapevine, Texas1 review

SPIDER ALIVE IN THE BED UNDER THE COVERS! Condo is old with dated furniture from the 70s/80s, dirt in every corner, beds are loud and uncomfortable! The outside has been updated to look cute; but the insides are hideous! Road noise was unbearable! When we told the young man at the desk about the spider, he didn't even apologize. I…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Katiemining millerc38mSouth Houston, Texas1 review

We stayed there one week. It is nice to have a 2bd/2ba and the full kitchen. The unit was a little outdated, carpet weathered and smelt musty nothing fabreeze couldn't help. The view from all rooms face the beach, we were greeted by beautiful sunset and sunrises.ReportHelpful?1Thank Walter D Salvi B, Manager at Four Seasons on the Gulf, responded to this reviewThank you for the review and feedback. When we have our interiors remodeled after the exterior project is complete, we hope to remove the carpet as one of many ways to modernize our condos. We welcome you back anytime. Thanks again.Angela LOklahoma City, OklahomaLevel Contributor51 reviews12 hotel reviews15 helpful votes

We only stayed 1 night. It is an adequate place. We were on the side that needs renovation. But it is nice to have 2bd/2ba and the full kitchen.Probably wouldn't want to stay for an extended time until it is refreshed. But it is right on the beach and the patio has awesome view.ReportHelpful?1Thank Angela L Salvi B, General Manager at Four Seasons on the Gulf, responded to this reviewThank you for the feedback. We do have some really great plans to renovate the interior of the condos in the near future once the exterior is complete. We welcome you back anytime. Good location near the beach, restaurants, etc. Too much noise from traffic. Lower balcony was comfortable, but could not see the ocean from it because of a high privacy wall. Upper balcony is small, but a great view. Kitchen was not well stocked with cooking dishes or dishes for left overs. Small tv in den only – none in the…MoreReportHelpful?Thank barbaradN5102HS Rebecca H1 review
