We stayed at the Baskins Creek Nestle Inn after Thanksgiving. When we first arrived, I was a little weary of where we had booked. The outside of the Inn wasn't impressive, and made me think we had made a mistake. We were happliy surprised once we got into our room. We stayed in one of the King bed rooms, which…MoreReportHelpful?Thank GeorgiaBoy1962 Travelone_intlCincinnati, OhioLevel Contributor160 reviews28 hotel reviews76 helpful votes

Stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. From the time we checked in to when we checked out – the staff at this location was ahead of the game. The young lady with the baby at the desk provided A+ Customer service, great advice on eaterys around town and things to do while others were closed. The room…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Travelone_intl kaythereseLevel Contributor7 reviews3 hotel reviews

We've come up to Gatlinburg over Thanksgiving for several years now. We've stayed in cabins, hotel rooms and now the Nestle Inn. We stayed in Room 205. The king bed is very comfortable, there's knotty pine paneling and a gas fireplace. Also a large bathroom and heart-shaped tub that doesn't interest us so much. We like the location close to…MoreReportHelpful?Thank kaytherese Donna Jo FLevel Contributor3 reviews

I booked the honeymoon suite for my parents as an impromptu trip. My mother said it was very clean but tiny and a ways off the main drag (which I told her pre-trip). What we didn't count on was sharing the room with cockroaches. My parents played down the bug situation and it took several questions about the room for…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Donna Jo F globalexplorer1Greenville, South CarolinaLevel Contributor96 reviews15 hotel reviews49 helpful votes

This motel has been around for some time. The staff keep it clean and the beds are comfortable. It's not fancy, but you can get a good night's sleep. The walls are not soundproof, so you have to hope for considerate neighbors.ReportHelpful?Thank globalexplorer1 PhantomRider BAlger, OhioLevel Contributor35 reviews4 hotel reviews18 helpful votes

This was our third stay at the Inn, since the new owners took over. The Management and the Owners have really paid attention to the reviews they have received on this site and make improvements accordingly. We have always like this Inn and thought of it as our lil secret as not many people knew of it or was put…MoreReportHelpful?Thank PhantomRider B susan bTerre Haute, IndianaLevel Contributor43 reviews9 hotel reviews6 helpful votes

The sweet maid at this hotel does the best she can with what she has. This hotel is supposed to be in the process of renovation, but unfortunately we were not given a renovated room. There was peeling wallpaper that was very old, and just an all-over rundown appearance. I was told that there is a new owner and things…MoreReportHelpful?Thank susan b peaches_clanGermantown, TennesseeLevel Contributor11 reviews2 helpful votes

We spent two nights at the Baskin Creek Nestle Inn in room 204. We were given a king sized upgrade after Travelocity failed to alert the Inn about our reservations. The room was cozy and it included a large heart shaped jacuzzi tub right next to the bed. The jacuzzi towels were formed into a heart and a scent satchel…MoreReportHelpful?2Thank peaches_clan MAS5151 review

Mixed feelings about our stay. Staff was very friendly, if they were ever in the office. Our room definitely had extremely old, musty carpet, no table and chairs which was kind of a pain because we had to sit on the bed having our nightly cocktails. The hot tub was the best thing about the room for sure. Our toilet…MoreReportHelpful?Thank MAS515 chrlpolkAlbertville, Alabama1 review

Pics on website misleading. No WiFi during our entire stay. Low water pressure in shower. No coffee maker or iron/ironing board, as advertised. Pool didn't appear to be maintained regularly, so we never went in. Questionable neighborhood. Roaches (the property manager split hairs about what kind of bugs they were, but conceded there were bugs). Multiple cosmetic issues such as…MoreReportHelpful?Thank chrlpolk PreviousNext123456…20Updating list… Questions? Get answers from hotel staff and past guests. Ask a question Related hotels…
