, Decent place to stay, there is better, and a lot worse, in Gatlinburg. We stayed in room 141 this time, and had a great stay. Wife really liked watching the manager chase off a Bear, lol! This room had a better shower in it than our last room we had there, which I think was 142. It was clean, and…MoreReportHelpful?Thank earlschieb blockparty216Dover, OhioLevel Contributor69 reviews17 helpful votes

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean, and since we checked out a day early, I figured I would just lose my money- but no, they refunded that night. We left a day early because of the smoke from the fires- who knew they would evacuate the town just hours after we left! My heart and prayers go out…MoreReportHelpful?Thank blockparty216 Ronald NLisle, IllinoisLevel Contributor33 reviews15 hotel reviews30 helpful votes

I stayed at the Quality Inn Creekside for 5 week nights in the middle of November. This was second time at the Quality Inn Creekside and I have to tell you this place just keeps getting better. Much to my surprise they renovated the rooms since I stayed here two years ago. They put in clean fresh carpeting, granite vanities…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Ronald N SimonCantlonCharleston, South CarolinaLevel Contributor6 reviews6 hotel reviews5 helpful votes

The Quality Inn Creekside in Downtown Gatlinburg is a quality and luxury comfort stay. The hotel is convenient and close to all Gatlinburg attractions within walking distance as well as a short car drive from Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains National Park . The rooms are spacious and pure comfort with a gas fireplace, balconies, a fridge and microwave and…MoreReportHelpful?Thank SimonCantlon shutterbug1976Durham, North CarolinaLevel Contributor45 reviews23 hotel reviews12 helpful votes

Drove in for a night. This motel was on the main strip and had free parking which was nice. The rooms were somewhat dated but clean. Had a sink, microwave & refrigerator (dated) the room had a mild mildew odor and the bathroom walls needed attention. There is a tiny stream that flows through the premises, nothing that requires a…MoreReportHelpful?Thank shutterbug1976 Kate DPensacola Beach, FloridaLevel Contributor46 reviews4 hotel reviews7 helpful votes

Very nice motel, and room. Clean, well-appointed, with a fireplace. Mine didn't work, but it was late when we arrived, so no big deal. Pleasant staff. Great central location. This is an older motel, but nicely updated. Room was large enough.ReportHelpful?Thank Kate D Lynne PCherokee, North CarolinaLevel Contributor9 reviews4 hotel reviews2 helpful votes

We have stayed at this hotel every year for The Smoky Mountain Gift Show for several years. I have given them a 5 star review in the past. We stayed last weekend and the rate had increased dramatically. We have always paid less than $100 per night. This year, the rate was $176 per night plus tax so it ended…MoreReportHelpful?2Thank Lynne P Jennifer KZionville, North CarolinaLevel Contributor106 reviews10 hotel reviews40 helpful votes

With about a dozen visits/stays at this hotel this visit left me feeling a bit, ehh.I have stayed in each type of room this establishment offers. From the cheapest to the most lavish. The cottage has been our favorite for at least 3 years now. We reserved the cottage for the weekend of Halloween. We spent the day at…MoreReportHelpful?1Thank Jennifer K MrPiperKentuckyLevel Contributor5 reviews4 helpful votes

The Quality Inn Creekside is a hotel that almost has to be visited in person to understand/appreciate (or not) the structure and location. When looking the hotel up, you can't get a real "feel" for the place. Unfortunately, not even the hotel's own photos and descriptions do it very much justice. We visited this location for the first time in…MoreReportHelpful?1Thank MrPiper Jennifer GWestern KentuckyLevel Contributor101 reviews13 hotel reviews23 helpful votes

I love this hotel. We stay here each year and always reserve six months if not more in advance (this time was eight). I only give it four stars because for the last two years despite making early reservations, I can't seem to get the creekside room I request, and I do not know why this continues to happen when…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Jennifer G PreviousNext123456…57Updating list… Questions?
