I Came Upon This Place by pure accident. I was extremely surprised at the cleanliness and how well maintained the grounds are. Even the pool was in good good condition. The people that check me in we're above and beyond friendly. Made us feel completely at ease and almost like we were at home. I would give this a diamond…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Bob C ANGEL CSaint Peters, MissouriLevel Contributor33 reviews11 helpful votes

The new owners are very friendly. I would stay here again. The carpet needs to be pulled and new down or some kind of flooring. The room was clean. The trolly is within walking distance and so is a great place for breakfast.ReportHelpful?Thank ANGEL C Alexa WLevel Contributor4 reviews3 hotel reviews

We stayed in one of these cottages in May and fell in love. They're definitely not modern, but I loved how rustic and comfortable they were. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise I did not expect, the beds were super comfy, and best of all we were able to bring our furbabies along! It's not on the main strip, which…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Alexa W Sam BOpelikaLevel Contributor4 reviews3 hotel reviews

This is an old motel but extremely nice and clean. Cleaner than most I have stayed in. Very quiet and close to downtown Gatlinburg. We will go back in the future. Easy to get in and out of on main street.ReportHelpful?Thank Sam B iolajasonPell City, AlabamaLevel Contributor4 reviews

I can say for the most part it was not too awful bad staying here. The cottage that we stayed in was a little out dated and needed some upgrades, but overall I would say we liked it. My biggest issue is if you do not take the whole cottage or at least get the cottage with the kitchen you…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Gregory A P Jessica RBlacksburg, Virginia1 review1 helpful vote

This hotel does not get enough attention. My family stayed at this hotel for a weekend. Some of us stayed in the hotel and some in a cabin. This hotel needs so much work. It has not been updated anytime recently and looks like its from 1960. The cabin floor was not level and sank down a lot when you…MoreReportHelpful?1Thank Jessica R Ann RGoose CreekLevel Contributor29 reviews8 hotel reviews6 helpful votes

Hotel is not in a convenient location to the main strip in Gatlinburg. We had to drive to go anywhere. It is an old motel and the rooms are very outdated. We had a balcony that was shared with the room next door and it was a sliding door with no lock. just a pole to put in the door…MoreReportHelpful?Thank Ann R Jamie HDawson, IllinoisLevel Contributor4 reviews5 helpful votes

We stayed six nights a week or so ago I like that it is privately owned, the owners were super nice. The pool was great for the kids, nice and deep and clean. The rooms were a bit outdated, but clean; the air worked great. The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower worked great. For the money, you…MoreReportHelpful?1Thank Jamie H TiJorDewy Rose, GeorgiaLevel Contributor21 reviews5 hotel reviews10 helpful votes

Bed Bugs! This place needs some serious cleaning! Lots of repairs needed on the entire property. Musty smell and stays damp, which makes me think "mold"! Very pricey for what you get! Location doesn't make you feel safe at any time of day! Beware!!!!ReportHelpful?Thank TiJor PreviousNext1234Updating list… Questions? Get answers from hotel staff and past guests.
